Centuries ago, the Balangay sailed from the rivers of Butuanโcarrying people united by a common destination. It was not powered by a single voyager, but by many hands rowing together as one. ๐
Today, that same spirit lives on.
Through Brigada Eskwela 2026, every Butuanon come together in a modern-day voyage of bayanihanโpreparing schools, restoring learning spaces, and creating cleaner, greener, and safer environments for every learner.
From the innovative projects led by School YES-O chapters across the division, to the Division Federation YES-Oโs Project H.I.R.A.Y.A., every effort, every volunteer, and every act of service becomes a paddle stroke guiding our voyage toward cleaner, greener, and more learner-friendly schools. โ๐ฟ๐
Because in Butuan, Brigada Eskwela is more than preparing classrooms.

And just like the Balangay, no journey is ever reached alone.
