The Commission on Good Governance is an institutional body of the Student Judiciary mandated to promote, uphold, and safeguard the principles of good student governance. It serves as the principal oversight and enforcement mechanism of the student governance system, ensuring transparency, accountability, and strict compliance with the Constitution, student government laws, and other applicable statutes. In the exercise of its authority, the Commission is vested with investigatory, prosecutorial, and oversight powers, including the exclusive authority to place student government officers under preventive suspension pending the conduct of an investigation.
The Commission is led by ๐ฆ๐ผ๐น๐ถ๐ฐ๐ถ๐๐ผ๐ฟ ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐น Nicholas Brent Arnaiz and ๐๐ป๐๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐๐ผ๐ฟ ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐น Manuel Antigolas, Jr. With the full operationalization of the Commission, the pursuit of student justice and the advancement of good student governance are further strengthened and reinforced.
