We are proud to present the newly PYAP Federation Officers for 2025-2026. These dedicated young leaders are ready to serve the Pag-asa Youth Association of the Philippines, Butuan City Chapter, with integrity and passion.

Pursuant to Memorandum Order No. 01 series 2025 declaring the Secretary, Treasurer, Auditor and PIO positions vacant effective immediately,in accordance to the organizations constitution and bylaws. And Pursuant to Memorandum Order No. 02 series 2025 on the appointment to the vacant positions.

The PYAP Buhangin Chapter proudly celebrates being awarded as the 𝐌𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐚𝐠-𝐚𝐬𝐚 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 (𝐏𝐘𝐀𝐏) 𝐎𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 during the Social Welfare and Development Summit themed “𝑩𝒖𝒊𝒍𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑩𝒓𝒊𝒅𝒈𝒆𝒔, 𝑬𝒙𝒑𝒂𝒏𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑵𝒆𝒕𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒌𝒔,” held on December 26, 2025, at the Balanghai Hotel and Convention Center, Doongan, Butuan City.

This award truly reflects the passion, unity, and dedication of our members in uplifting the youth and serving the community. We wholeheartedly thank everyone who made this achievement possible—our leaders, mentors, partners, and supporters who continue to believe in the power of empowered youth.

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Buhangin warmly invites the selected active youth to join SK Buhangin Pamaskong Handog 2025, a celebration of love, generosity, and the true spirit of Christmas—giving from the heart.

This activity is a simple way of expressing our appreciation and gratitude to the active youth of Barangay Buhangin who have continuously shared their time, energy, and participation in community activities.

While we truly wish to extend this gesture to all youth, our limited budget allows us to provide this small Christmas token to selected participants only. We humbly ask for everyone’s understanding, knowing that this initiative is offered with sincerity and good intentions.

May this Pamaskong Handog remind us that the spirit of Christmas is found not in the size of the gift, but in the thought, unity, and care behind it. 🎄✨

The Pag-asa Youth Association of the Philippines (PYAP) – Barangay Buhangin Chapter proudly attended the PYAP Butuan Year-End Party held today at Barangay Holy Redeemer. The celebration was joined by different PYAP chapters from their respective barangays across Butuan City.

The event was attended by our dynamic PYAP Buhangin President, Kimberly G. Aya-ay, together with our ever-supportive SK Chairwoman, Lovely G. Aya-ay, and the dedicated PYAP Buhangin members.

This meaningful gathering fostered unity, camaraderie, and shared accomplishments, strengthening our commitment to youth empowerment and community service. 💙✨
