Please be informed the we will have a General Pest Control Activity within the subdivision, TOMORROW MAY 20, 2026, WEDNESDAY @ 9:00 IN THE MORNING.

The pest control operation will include Misting, fogging and rat baiting. Treatments are intended to control and eliminate common pest such as Mosquitoes, cockroaches, Flies , and other crawling and flying insects.

Residents are advised to avoid treated areas while spraying and fogging operations are ongoing.

Your cooperation and understanding are highly appreciated.

WATER LINE CONNECTION UPDATES!

Ongoing water line connection works from Phase 7 to Phase 4 are currently being conducted.

We ask for your patience and understanding as the BCWD Team continues the necessary works for the water line connection to help improved water supply inside the subdivision.

‎Ang Butuan City Water District (BCWD) nagpahibalo sa iyang mga concessionaires nga, sugod Mayo 4, 2026, ang kinatibuk-ang suplay sa tubig nakaabot na sa 60.88 milyon ka litro kada adlaw (MLD). Ang BCWD karon nag-operate na sulod sa normal nga lebel.

‎Tungod niini nga pag-uswag, ang mga operasyon sa water rationing pinaagi sa tanker services ug Oplan Sag-ob pagasuspindihon sugod Mayo 5, 2026.

‎Padayon nga Pagbantay:
‎Bisan pa man nga miayo ang kahimtang sa suplay, ang El Niño Alert nagpabilin nga epektibo. Ang BCWD magpadayon sa istriktong 24/7 nga pagmonitor sa sistema. Giawhag namo ang tanang Barangay Councils ug mga residente nga magpabiling andam ug magpadayon sa pagpraktis sa pagtipig sa tubig, kay posible gihapon nga adunay ikaduhang balod sa hulaw nga kahimtang.
