TFOE-PE Caraga Region 8 Governor Kuya Leonardo Nonan Jr. visited General Santos City today to pay his last respect to the remains of the Late Past National President Salvador "Kuya NP Badong" Ramos.

Kuya Gov. Nonan also hand-over financial support to the wife of Kuya NP Badong.

TFOE-PE, Inc. Caraga Region 8 headed by Kuya Gov. Leonardo "Kuya Jojo" Nonan Jr. held its 2nd Regional Assembly today June 16, 2025 discussing important matters relating to the celebration of the Eagles Week.

Present were the Presidents and Regional Assemblymen of Southern Gate EC, Bando EC, Golden Tara Agusan EC, Gao Las Nieves EC, Habagat hong Butuan EC and Butuan Highlands EC.

The Fraternal Order of Eagles-Philippine Eagles, Inc . Caraga Region 8 offered free water, coffee and bread to devotees who participated in the Panaad 2025 in Sitio Mahayahay, Barangay Abticala, Butuan City last April 19 (Good Friday).

Members of Southern Gate Eagles Club, Bando Eagles Club, Golden Tara Agusan Eagles Club and Habagat Hong Butuan Eagles Club joined forces in bringing "Painit" provisions to estimated 20,000 atendees who bravely climbed and walked in an inclined road leading every station of the cross.

CARAGA REGION 8 GOVERNOR LEADS 1ST REGIONAL ASSEMBLY

Representatives from the six clubs of TFOE-PE, Inc. Caraga Region 8 were in attendance and participated in the 1st Regional Assembly last March 12, 2025 at Groovy Eagle's Nest, Barangay Ambago, Butuan City.

Regional Governor Kuya Leonardo Nonan Jr. also gave updates on membership renewals and discussed on the region's participation in the upcoming National Assembly in Zamboanga City.

The members present also approved to adopt resolutions pertaining the Landmark Maintenance Fee, Eagle's Activities/Week Fee and Regional Membership Fee for every applicants.

MEET THE CHARTERED GOVERNOR OF CARAGA REGION 8

A soft-spoken man, Kuya Gov. Jojo is a multi awarded chartered Governor of Caraga Region 8.

He was also the Regional Governor of Caraga Region 2 for Eagle Year 2024, and never missed important national meetings and assemblies in his tenure, representing the region and present the programs and projects implemented by his clubs. He has brought prestige and dynamic leadership and was recognized as the Best Region.

Kuya Jojo has already crafted out plans and programs for Caraga Region 8 along with the 6 club Presidents.

CARAGA REGION 8 was created by virtue of a resolution passed by then Regional Governor of Caraga Region 2 for EY 2024 Kuya Leonardo "Kuya Jo" Nonan Jr. as the sponsor for the inclusion in the Business of the Day during the Regional Governor's League (RGL).

This manifests the legality of our chartered region who underwent the legal process in the creation and be included, scrutinized and approved in the National Assembly.
