A competent student governing body engaging with a high sense of commitment in Community Service and Student-empowerment through representation and exemplary youth leadership. MISSION:
Caraga State University's Student Government highly commits itself to lead, serve, and realize the student populace's interests with honor, discipline, and integrity. The USG shall equally protect and promot

e the rights of the students' fundamental freedom, peace, and unity; promote volunteerism for the welfare of the members. The USG shall recognize all student government and campus organizations' essential function to promote mutual understanding through spiritual, social, intellectual, recreational, and scientific programs and activities. The USG recognizes the League of Campus Organizations’ (LCO) essential role in empowering the students' cooperation for building a well-developed institution of higher learning. The USG shall uphold fairness, accountability, transparency, efficiency, and integrity in pursuing student leadership and governance. Mold the studentry to be community-engaged students; and encourage awareness on social, mental, spiritual, emotional responsibilities both as a student and as a citizen.

As Caraga State University undertakes the revision of its Student Handbook, your valuable insights, comments, suggestions, and recommendations are essential in ensuring that its policies and guidelines remain relevant, responsive, inclusive, and aligned with the evolving needs of the University community. Participation in the Stakeholders' Survey is 𝙈𝘼𝙉𝘿𝘼𝙏𝙊𝙍𝙔 pursuant to 𝙊𝙎𝙒𝙀 𝙈𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙪𝙢 𝙉𝙤. 62, 𝙨. 2026.

All stakeholders are strongly encouraged to accomplish the survey on or before the prescribed deadline. As stipulated in the Memorandum, currently enrolled students who fail to complete the survey within the prescribed period may be subject to the implementation of the University's clearance policy, including the blocking of clearance.

The University Student Government officially opens the registration for the 𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐃𝐀 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬, welcoming all students of CSU Main Campus to take part and witness one of the most anticipated highlights of the celebration.

𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬:
• Open to all currently enrolled CSU Main Campus students
• Registration Fee: ₱𝟏,𝟓𝟎𝟎 𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐝
• Only 𝐬𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧 (𝟕) 𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬 will be accepted

The University Student Government Office of the President officially releases 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐎𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐍𝐨𝐬. 𝟐𝟔𝟐𝟕-𝟎𝟎𝟏 𝐭𝐨 𝟐𝟔𝟐𝟕-𝟎𝟎𝟓, prescribing operational directives and standardized administrative procedures to strengthen institutional governance, promote efficiency, accountability, and consistency in the conduct of official business across the University Student Government and all Local Student Governments.

The meeting focused on the discussion of the University's organizational goals, USG office operations and management, the roles and responsibilities of cabinet members, the office hierarchy and structure, financial and auditing affairs, preparations for PANLANTAW 2026 and ENTRADA 2026, and other administrative matters essential to the effective delivery of student services, including the enhancement of the office's digital resources.

‎The University Student Government, together with the Local Student Government Secretaries, successfully convened the 1st USG and LSG Secretariat Coordination Meeting on July 16, 2026, at the H.E.R.O. Learning Commons – Board Room, to strengthen coordination and establish uniform administrative practices across all student governments.
‎
‎Presided over by USG Executive Secretary Christian B. Cubillas, the meeting focused on the orientation of Administrative Orders Nos. 2627-003 to 2627-005, standardization of official letter formats, implementation of new document routing procedures, submission of accomplishment reports, and the proper preparation and processing of Special Orders (SO) and Executive Orders (EO). Additional matters concerning SANGKA files and documentary requirements were also discussed to further enhance organizational efficiency and accountability.

‎The coordination meeting reaffirmed the University Student Government's commitment to promoting excellence in documentation, transparency in governance, and collaboration among all Local Student Governments. Through strengthened coordination and standardized processes, the Secretariat continues to uphold quality public service in support of the CSU Main student community.
