The Office of the President - National Anti-Poverty Commission Caraga Regional Basic Sectoral Coordinating Council (RBSCC) held a Learning Session on Stress Management last August 26, 2026, at La Dolce Vita, Cabadbaran City.
Paving the way for stronger advocacy starts with taking care of our leaders because empowered leaders build resilient communities! đź’™
Aligned with the NAPC agenda on holistic human development, the session featured esteemed psychiatrist, former Doctor to the Barrios, CSU School of Medicine Associate Professor, and CEO of Metamedica Research, Dr. Nueva Joy A. Perucho. Her expertise provided our regional sectoral council members with vital tools to navigate stress and sustain their advocacy for marginalized communities.
Thank you Dr. Nueva Joy A. Perucho for highlighting to our council members that indeed we do not entirely aim a stress-free life but a more stress-manageable life. Salamat kadyaw, Doc!
