โ€‹Every emotion you experienceโ€”whether itโ€™s joy, sadness, fear, anger, or disgustโ€”is valid and plays a part in who you are.

โ€‹This Mental Health Awareness Month, the Taligaman National High School - Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) reminds every learner, educator, and staff member that taking care of your mind is just as essential as taking care of your body. It is completely okay to pause, breathe, and ask for support when things get heavy.
