Ang Agricultural Training Institute – Regional Training Center (ATI-RTC) XIII karon modawat na ug aplikasyon alang sa Internship Program for Children of Coconut Farmers (IPCCF) ilalom sa Coconut Farmers and Industry Development Plan (CFIDP).

Sulod sa 21-ka bulan nga internship program nagtumong sa pagdasig sa mga kabatan-onan nga gikan sa pamilya sa mag-uuma og lubi aron ilang madawat ug magamit ang modernong teknolohiya sa pag-uma ug aron mapaambit kanila ang kahibalo bahin sa tibuok value chain sa industriya sa lubi – gikan sa produksyon, sa pagproseso ug sa pagpamaligya.

Caraga State University 4-H Club

𝗕𝗨𝗧𝗨𝗔𝗡𝗢𝗡 𝗖𝗦𝗨 𝗔𝗚𝗥𝗜𝗖𝗨𝗟𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗘 𝗦𝗧𝗨𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦, 𝗠𝗜𝗗𝗔𝗨𝗚 𝗦𝗔 𝗗𝗘𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗢𝗙 𝗔𝗚𝗥𝗜𝗖𝗨𝗟𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗘 𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗥𝗧-𝗨𝗣 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗘𝗧𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡

Nasakmit sa mga estudyante sa Caraga State University ang ikatulong pwesto sa National Level of the 2024 Young Farmers Challenge Intercollegiate Category sa Department of Agriculture-Philippines National Start-Up Competition.

Usa kini ka dakung dungog sa syudad sa Butuan asa lain na usab nga mga Butuanon ang naila sa national level nga kompetisyon ug midawat og 500,000 pesos nga premyo.

Gipresenta sa mga Butuanon ang proyekto nga BlackGold Co.’s Nutribar o mga pagkaon o meryenda nga maayo sa panglawas nga gama sa black rice.

Ang Start-Up competitors gilangkuban nila Kieth Charles Bequibel taga Barangay Limaha, Mauro Goyo taga Barangay San Vicente ug Juveriel Tenio taga Barangay Ampayon. Apil sab sa team sila Emmanuel Ipanag, Juniel Rey Gigaquit, ug Rochelle Sumatra nga gikan usab sa Caraga State University-College of Agriculture and Agri-Industries.

Ang mga mananaug nga estudyante miyembro sa 4H Club CSU Chapter nga gidumala sa City Agriculture and Veterinary Department sa lokal nga panggamhanan sa Butuan. Kini pinaagi nila CAVD Head Engr. Pierre Anthony Joven ug Senior Agriculturist and 4-H Club Focal Person Engr. John Wevin Tingas aron masuportahan, magiyahan ug madasig ang mga kabataan sa hisgutanan sa agrikultura sa syudad pinaagi sa Head, Heart, Hand ug Health o 4H Club Program.

Pinaagi sab niini, matabangan ang mga kabataan alang sa primary Start-up sa daghan pang oportunidad ug inobasyon nga mahimong agri-entreprenuership.

BASAHA | Ang 4-H Club usa sa mga kauban sa Department of Agriculture Caraga nga nagpasabot sa upat ka mga prinsipyo ang Head, Heart, Hands, ug Health, nga naghatag og dakong importansya sa pag-uswag sa kabatan-onan ug komunidad. Ang "Head" nagpasabot sa kritikal nga panghunahuna ug edukasyon. Ang kabatan-onan nga miyembro sa 4-H Club gipangayoan sa pagpalambo sa ilang abilidad sa paghunahuna ug pagdesisyon sa mga isyu nga may kalabutan sa komunidad ug sa ilang kaugalingon. Ang "Heart" nagpasabot sa pag-volunteer ug pag-aplikar sa gugma ug malasakit sa uban. Ang mga kabatan-onan gipadasig sa pagtabang sa mga proyekto ug kalihokan nga nagpalambo sa ilang komunidad hilabi na sa Agrikultura pinaagi sa ilang oras, talento, ug kusog. Ang "Hands" naglangkob sa pag-extend og tabang sa uban, pinaagi sa aktibong pag-apil sa mga serbisyo ug mga proyekto.
