The Butuan City (Host) Lions Club support the
Today is also known as the "Day of Infamy" - a phrase used by former US Pres Franklin Roosevelt after Japan attacked Pearl Harbor. During that speech, he asked the US Congress to declare a "state of war.” Today, our group - LAWIG - is also announcing its declaration of "war" - against littering with an ad posted on our FB page to promote “CLean As You Go” - CLAYGO. We are inviting ALL OF YOU to join us in this crusade by simply sharing that 30-second video on your group page, your own personal FB accounts or you may SHARE with friends and to other chat groups you are in. This will be our way of helping educate our fellow Butuanons on the need to be responsible and do our part in keeping our city clean. Here’s the link:

The assistance was received by Cebu Silangan Lions Club President Marion Caballero Maratas, Past President Tony Lee, and other club officers. God bless us all.

The Butuan City (Host) Lions Club and Butuan City Host LEOs Club is thrilled to confirm the successful ex*****on of our LEO Project: Kits of Kindness (Saturday, November 22). *
To Bethany Girls in Baan. The distribution of hygiene kits Vo, essentials, and treats was met with immense gratitude, confirming the positive impact and success of this outreach effort.
It's an honor to transform Leadership, Experience, and Opportunity into meaningful community action.

​The mission provided the following services:
​Medical Consultation
​Diabetes Blood Screening
​Vision Services: Free reading eyeglasses and eye examinations
​Teeth Extraction
​Feeding Program (e.g., serving pospas)
