On August 22, 2025, from 8:40 PM to 9:55 PM, an Operational Assessment Meeting was conducted at the SJIT–CEA Audio Visual Room to review the goals, plans, and budget for the upcoming Foundation Anniversary activities, as well as matters concerning college operations.

𝐁𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐚𝐝𝐣𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐝, a shy student who was hesitant to sing in front of his classmates finally found the courage to perform after being encouraged by our President, who shared his own experience of overcoming fear.

On August 22, 2025, at 2:00 PM, the Institute of Integrated Electrical Engineers – Council of Student Chapters (IIEE CSC) Saint Joseph Institute of Technology (SJIT) Chapter convened the BS Electrical Engineering Students’ Assembly and Planning Meeting at the LCS Building. The activity gathered the majority of EE students and served as a venue to present department goals and organizational plans for Academic Year 2025–2026.

Presiding over the meeting was John Carlo Beray, the newly elected President of IIEE CSC SJIT Chapter, who discussed the department’s direction and priorities for the year. Among the topics covered were the preparations for the upcoming 54th Foundation Day activities, as well as the membership drive and opportunities for involvement in IIEE and the SJIT Chapter.

The assembly aimed to keep Electrical Engineering students informed of department plans, encourage participation, and prepare them to take part in upcoming activities and institutional events.
