On July 19, 2025, from 9:55 AM to 11:45 AM, RMFB13 KKDAT participated in the 2nd Quarter Regional Council Meeting of KKDAT Caraga, held at IJN Yamashiro, People's Hall, Barangay Cuarinta, San Jose, Dinagat Islands.
Representing RMFB13 were Jamille Paler, RMFB13 KKDAT President and KKDAT Caraga Regional Secretary, and Neil Joer Andrada Jipos, RMFB13 KKDAT Vice President and KKDAT Caraga Regional Treasurerโboth active members of the Regional Council.
The meeting, presided over by KKDAT Caraga President Vanessa Marie Victorio Yaoyao, gathered youth leaders from across the region to strengthen unity, leadership, and collaboration among KKDAT units.
The program commenced with an invocation by Vice President Angel Wayne Bamba Catubigan, followed by a roll call conducted by Secretary Jamille Paler, and welcoming remarks delivered by Mr. Kim Valeri Tampon, KKDAT Dinagat Islands Representative and SK Federation President of San Jose, who also served as the meeting host and Public Information Officer.
KKDAT Caraga extends its profound gratitude to PBGEN CHRISTOPHER N. ABRAHANO, PRO13 Regional Director; RDC Chairperson and Provincial Governor Nilo P. Demerey Jr.; PCOL JEROME A. DELA CRUZ, Provincial Director of Dinagat Islands PPO; and the entire PNP Personnel for their unwavering support of youth advocacy in peacebuilding and security.
This participation of RMFB13 KKDAT was made possible through the guidance of PLTCOL MICHAEL B. LOZADA, RMFB13 Officer-in-Charge, and the leadership of PSSg JERAME C. LACIO, RMFB13 KKDAT coordinator.
This meaningful assembly not only united the regionโs youth leaders but also reaffirmed their vital role as partners of the community in shaping a safer, more resilient Caraga.
