Schools within the Caraga Region are recognized based on their overall passing rates in the 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟱 𝐋𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐄𝐱𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐬. Awards are given to schools that have surpassed the national passing percentage but with a passing rate below 80%. Schools are categorized based on the number of examinees as follows:

𝐎𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐏𝐂𝐀𝐏 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬

On March 27, 2025, a significant event for the criminology profession took place at the Balanghai Hotel and Convention Center in Butuan City—the Oathtaking Ceremony of New Criminologists and Induction of New PCAP Members. This event celebrated the achievements of new Criminologists and formally welcomed them as members of the Professional Criminologists Association of the Philippines (PCAP), Inc. Caraga.

The ceremony was graced by Hon. Lani T. Palmones, RCrim, who served as the Guest of Honor and Speaker and also acted as the Inducting Officer for the new Criminologists. In her address, she underscored the importance of ethical standards, dedication, and lifelong learning within the profession.

RD Cherryll Elicano, the Regional Director of PRC Region XIII (Caraga), was also present to deliver an inspiring message to the newly licensed Criminologists. She highlighted their responsibilities as professionals and encouraged them to contribute positively to the field of criminology and public safety.

Also in attendance were Dr. Marjune I. Millones, RCrim, the PCAP 13 Regional Governor, and Dr. Edwin T. Montalba, RCrim, the President of the Council of Criminology Deans and Educators - Caraga. The event was further supported by the presence of PCAP 13 officers and several Criminology Deans from various institutions within the region.

The ceremony marked an important milestone for the new Criminologists as they took their professional oaths and pledged their commitment to uphold the principles of the profession and professional organization.
