That first step began with Pag Psych-Kilala: Psychology Department Freshmen Orientation, a collaborative welcome brought together by the Psychology Department, Program Councilor, and Psychology Society. It was their first glimpse into the world they have chosen to enter. Here, they met the faculty members and Program Councilor, got acquainted with the Psychology Society and its student leaders, and discovered the curriculum that will guide them throughout their years in Psychology.

For our newest Psychmates, this day might tell who is who, what comes next, and where to find your place in the department. But it cannot tell you who you will meet, what will surprise you, or which ordinary Tuesday will eventually become a favorite memory. That is the part no orientation can really prepare you for. It simply has to be lived.
