✨ PRC LERIS is NOW OPEN for the Nurses' Mass Oath-taking! ✨
🗓️ Oath-taking Schedule:
📍 Venue: Dottie's Place Hotel, Butuan City
📅 Date: February 14, 2026
⏰ Time: 9:00 AM
🔗 Here’s what you need to do:
1️⃣ Register with PNA Agusan del Norte: https://forms.gle/eqLWQ51eqh4bCDDT9
2️⃣ Log in to your PRC account at https://prc.gov.ph/ and select Region XIII: Dottie's Event Place, Butuan City for your face-to-face mass oath-taking.
3️⃣ Download and print the Oath Form with the generated QR code. This will be submitted during the event to confirm your attendance.
🔔 Reminders:
1. Inductees must register and confirm attendance in the region where they will take their oath and intend to register as professionals.
2. Please come 2 hrs before the time because you still have to tag your oath form to the PRC Personnel for verification.
