As part of the OpportYOUTHnidad Caravan for Linggo ng Kabataan 2025, the Sangguniang Kabataan Federation of Butuan in partnership with the IBP Agusan del Norte Chapter is bringing legal services closer to the people through FREE legal consultation and FREE notarization of simple affidavits (e.g., Affidavit of Loss, Consent, Undertaking, No Income, Two-Witness affidavits).

• Valid government-issued ID (bring 2 if available)
• Draft or details of your affidavit (we can assist in simple formats)
• Supporting documents for consultation (if any)
• Personal appearance of the affiant/s and witnesses (if needed)

• Notarization covers simple affidavits only. Complex documents may be scheduled separately.
• Consultations are for legal advice and assessment purposes.
• Slots are limited and on a first-come, first-served basis.
