Your playlist could help save a life. 🎵

Did you know that effective CPR requires 100–120 chest compressions per minute? That's about the same beat as many popular songs you already know.

This National CPR Day, the Philippine Red Cross shares The CPR Playlist—a collection of songs with the right rhythm to help you keep the correct compression pace while performing CPR.
