PROMO MECHANICS:
1. Get 1 raffle entry for a minimum of PHP 20.00 to join the Barangay Población HUWHK Project Raffle for a Cause.
2. Earning of entry is only until February 9, 2025, at 11:59 am Philippine local time.
3. The raffle draw will be held at the Barangay Hall, Población, Bustos, Bulacan. The draw date is on February 9, 2025, at 2:00 PM in the presence of Barangay Council leading Barangay Captain Luisito “Chito” Hernandez.
4. Raffle Prize:
First Prize: 50” INCHES SMART TV
Second Prize: MOUNTAIN BIKE
Third Prize: WASHING MACHINE
Fourth Prize: ANDROID PHONE
Plus TEN (10) CONSOLATION PRIZES
5. The winner can only win once. If a name was drawn more than once, he/she gets the prize of a higher prize.
6. Prizes are transferrable but not convertible to cash.
7. Winners will be notified by call or text specified on the ticket entry and his/her name will be posted at the HUWHK page or to this link: https://www.facebook.com/huwhk/.
8. To claim the prize, the winner must present the winning receipt and valid proof of identification with a photo (ex: driver’s license, passport, SSS, National ID, voter’s ID, etc.) at the Barangay, Población, Bustos, Bulacan.
9. The winner under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult who must, likewise, present his/her own set of identification papers in claiming the prize on his/her behalf.
10. The winner who cannot claim his/her prize personally must provide his/her representative with a letter of authorization and other necessary identifications (ex: driver’s license, passport, SSS, National ID, voter’s ID, etc.) when claiming the prize on his/her behalf.
11. In the event that the winners cannot present the winning receipt, the winner needs to execute a duly notarized affidavit of loss. A 15-day waiting period shall be imposed as soon as the affidavit is submitted to HUWHK Officials to ensure the veracity of the claim.
12. Redemption of prizes shall be within 15 days from the receipt of notification; otherwise, the prize will be forfeited in favor of HUWHK with prior approval of the Barangay Council.
13. The promo period is from September 2024 until February 9. 2025.
14. HUWHK officials and members are disqualified from joining the raffle promo.
