👋🏽 Kumustahan Meeting with Student Organization Leaders

A "Kumustahan Meeting" organized by the Office of the Student Organization Bustos together with the Student Organization Leaders, OSAS Coordinators, and Dr. Aimee Grace Madlangbayan was held at exactly 2:00pm - 5:00 pm last Monday, February 23, 2026 in the Conference room, Admin building.

The meeting served as the medium for clarifications about the revised ISO forms for in-campus and off-campus activities, compliance checklist, Bukluran Project findings, GGA 2026 guidelines, student organization concerns, and other matters relevant to student development. The activity highlighted open communication and collaboration while upholding standards and fostering active and responsible student engagement.

This award recognizes an outstanding student journalist who has demonstrated excellence in writing, responsible reporting, integrity, and dedication to truthful campus journalism.

We honor individuals who use their voice to inform, inspire, and uphold the values of ethical journalism within the academic community.

• Endorsement Letter from the Publication Adviser or Editor-in-Chief.
• Must submit a portfolio of works produced within the academic year

Organization advisers may nominate two (2) officers from their student organization. Nomination is open to all organization officers and is no longer limited to the Organization President.

• Endorsement Letter from the Organization Adviser
• Accomplishment Report (with uploaded soft copy of the approved Activity Paper based on the Plan of Action)

📂 Important Reminder:

The Office of Student Organizations is now accepting additional applicants for the Outstanding Student Leader Award, with 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐞 (𝟑) 𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐫𝐚 𝐬𝐥𝐨𝐭𝐬 𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐜𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐬, to be recognized during the Gold Gear Awards 2026.

Interested students must strictly comply with the qualifications and requirements stated below. Failure to submit complete and required documents will result in disqualification.

Recognition of Student Organizations | BulSU Bustos Campus A.Y. 2025–2026 🔰🔱

On October 30, 2025, the Bulacan State University – Bustos Campus proudly recognized its accredited student organizations for Academic Year 2025–2026. The ceremony was graced by Dr. Aimee Grace Madlangbayan, Dean of Student Affairs and Services for External Campuses, together with SDS Coordinator Mrs. Teresita G. Dela Cruz, Student Scholarship Coordinator Mr. Celso De Guzman, and LSC Governor Merl Dimla.

Each organization was formally awarded its certificate of recognition, symbolizing its commitment to service, leadership, and student empowerment. This milestone celebrates the collective efforts of every member who continues to contribute to a vibrant and impactful campus community.

On August 22, 2025, the Office of Student Organizations – Bustos (OSO-Bustos) held its first conference from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Audio-Visual Room, Pancho Hall. Presidents and Vice Presidents of student organizations were invited to gain an understanding of this year’s compliance requirements and regulations.

The agenda of the meeting included the introduction of OSO-Bustos for Academic Year 2025–2026, presentation of the Year-End Reports for 2024–2025, Financial Reports, renewal of existing organizations, and application for new organizations. Student leaders were also reminded of the requisites for establishing and renewing organizations while strictly adhering to university policies.
