𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟮𝟴, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 | 𝐄𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐡 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

On this night, the Senior Scouts of Burauen National High School (BNHS) came together to celebrate Earth Hour in the most meaningful way. Upholding the values and principles of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines, we switched off the lights not just to save energy, but to switch on our connection with nature and with one another. 🤝🌳

As the surroundings went dark, we found light in the beauty of the night and the stars above. It was the perfect time to reconnect with nature, appreciating the simple gifts of the earth that we often take for granted. But more than that, it was a night filled with joy and togetherness that brought us even closer.

We strengthened the bond that makes us one troop, one family. We learned that protecting our environment is best done when we are united and connected. This night reminded us that while technology and lights are useful, nothing beats the warmth of friendship and the peace of being one with nature.

Thank you to everyone who made this night unforgettable! Let’s keep this spirit alive—connected to earth, connected to each other. 🌍🌱

From the moment we arrived, we felt not just accommodated, but genuinely embraced as fellow Scouts and friends.

Your kindness, smiles, and hospitality reminded us that true leadership is rooted in service, humility, and unity. As Scouts, we lead not to be above others, but to stand beside them — building connections, strengthening brotherhood, and inspiring one another to grow.

Happy World Scout Day & 169th Birth Anniversary of Robert Baden-Powell! ⚜️

Every February 22, Scouts around the world honor the life and legacy of the founder of the Scout Movement and celebrate World Scout Day—a day that unites millions of young people in the spirit of service, leadership, and brotherhood. 🌍

In 1907, Lord Baden-Powell held a simple experimental camp with just 20 boys on Brownsea Island. What began as a small gathering soon grew into a global movement after the publication of his book, Scouting for Boys, in 1908. From that single spark emerged the world’s largest non-political youth organization—committed to building character, developing skills, and inspiring young people to serve others and make a positive difference in their communities.

Today, we continue to live by the Scout Oath and Law, carrying forward B.P.’s vision of creating a better world—one Scout at a time.
