‎On March 28, 2026, the Bulusan National High School Supreme Secondary Learner Government (BNHS-SSLG) formally received the Organizational Achievement Award for School Year 2025–2026 through its officers and adviser during the 25th Recognition Rites held at Bulusan National High School Site II.
‎
‎This award is conferred upon a duly recognized club or organization that has made a significant positive impact on the school and the community it serves. It recognizes the successful implementation of planned projects and activities, strong support for school initiatives and objectives, and meaningful efforts in helping members develop their full potential.
‎
‎Throughout the school year, the highest student governing body organized, implemented, and launched various programs, projects, activities, and campaigns centered on student welfare, including mental health, safe spaces, student engagement initiatives, and other related efforts. The organization also actively collaborated with various groups both within and beyond the school, further advancing students’ interests and representation.
‎
‎These achievements were made possible under the leadership of outgoing President Mark Angelo G. Diño, the guidance of Sir Erwin F. Enaje, and the dedication and commitment of the entire organization, despite numerous internal and external challenges, including financial constraints and limited resources.
‎
‎This achievement is a testament to the strength of visionary leadership, collective action, and an enduring commitment to serve, and proof that true impact is realized when a community moves with shared purpose. It goes beyond a symbol of success; it represents the voices heard, the needs addressed, and the lives touched throughout the year. We dedicate this achievement to the entire student body, who are the true backbone of the organization, the core strength whose unwavering support and participation remain at the heart of every endeavor.

‎The second and final day of Halalan 2026 marked the decisive close of the electoral process, as the remaining grade levels cast their ballots and the official canvassing of votes was completed. The results officially determined the leaders of the Supreme Secondary Learner Government for School Year 2026–2027.

‎In the presidential race, Jibril Niño G. Bringino solidified his win with 46.2%, extending his lead over Liliane G. Aguilar (31.8%) and Miko Brenth G. Gapas (22.0%).
‎
‎For vice president, Shiphrah Faith M. Guerrero maintained a commanding 49.8%, outpacing Angeline F. Rebancos (28.9%) and Shana Mae H. Enteria (21.3%).
‎
‎The secretary race remained tight until the final tally, with Audrey F. Escaño narrowly edging out Christine Grace G. Frayna, 34.9% to 34.6%, while Zaira C. Cubillian concluded with 30.5%.
‎
‎In the treasurer contest, Joshana Hannah Mae A. Gamit strengthened her lead to 44.5%, ahead of Fatima O. Fugen (28.3%) and Princess Emerald M. Oraye (27.2%).
‎
‎A notable shift occurred in the auditor race, where John Benedict T. Gabionza overtook Kent F. Briando, finishing with 40.3% to Briando’s 39.3%, while Marian B. Fortes secured 20.5%.
‎
‎SARO candidates continued to dominate the Public Information Officer and Protocol Officer positions. Althea Jeanne F. Galindes earned 68.3%, and Simon Andre F. Escaño captured 64.7%, leaving opponents Cyril James G. Amper and Alfreda Caracta with 31.7% and 35.3%, respectively.

‎In the Grade 11 representative race, Stephanie D. Furio of SARO and Shelly Gwen F. Dayto of SINAG captured the two seats with 20.0% and 19.5%, respectively. Other candidates included Shean Jun A. Lucena (SINAG, 17.0%), Anjiel Heart G. Forteo (SARO, 14.9%), and Geofry B. Tambo and Lhyn G. Beltran (both of WISELY), who earned 15.6% and 13.1%.

‎For Grade 12 representatives, Chariz G. Frayna of WISELY led with 36.7%, followed by Damielle G. Diño of SARO (23.8%). Zedrick E. Hermoso (SARO) earned 22.0%, while Nica Mae F. Furton (WISELY) received 17.5%.

‎With the official canvassing and verification completed, Halalan 2026 formally concluded, marking the culmination of a tightly contested electoral process and reaffirming the commitment of the BNHS student body to democratic governance and participatory leadership.

‎Halalan 2026 officially began on February 19, 2026, at Bulusan National High School under the supervision of the LG-COMEA, with Grade 12 STEM and ABM students assisting in facilitating the electoral process. The first day of voting showcased a lively and competitive atmosphere as students cast their ballots for the Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG).

‎Partial and unofficial results from the first day revealed closely contested races across key positions. In the presidential race, Jibril Niño G. Bringino of WISELY led with 41.2%, followed by Liliane G. Aguilar of SARO (35.8%) and Miko Brenth G. Gapas of SINAG (23.0%), reflecting a diverse range of student preferences.

‎For vice president, Shiphrah Faith M. Guerrero of SARO took an early lead with 51.3%, while Angeline F. Rebancos of WISELY (26.6%) and Shana Mae H. Enteria of SINAG (22.0%) trailed behind.
‎
‎The race for secretary proved exceptionally close, with Audrey F. Escaño (SARO) narrowly edging Christine Grace G. Frayna (SINAG) at 37.6% to 36.7%, while Zaira C. Cubillian (WISELY) earned 25.7%.
‎
‎In the treasurer race, Joshana Hannah Mae A. Gamit (WISELY) led with 42.4%, ahead of Fatima O. Fugen (SINAG, 30.6%) and Princess Emerald M. Oraye (SARO, 27.0%). Meanwhile, auditor Kent F. Briando of SARO received 45.5%, surpassing John Benedict T. Gabionza of WISELY (36.7%) and Marian B. Fortes of SINAG (17.8%).

‎SARO also demonstrated strong performance in the Public Information Officer (PIO) and Protocol Officer races. Althea Jeanne F. Galindes secured 71.3% of the votes for PIO, while Simon Andre F. Escaño received 68.6% for Protocol Officer, both maintaining substantial leads over WISELY candidates Cyril James G. Amper and Alfreda Caracta.

‎In the Grade 8 representative race, SINAG candidates Francheska Iris M. Freo and Riches Reign F. Fortajada emerged victorious, earning 28.1% and 30.3% of the votes, respectively. They outperformed SARO candidates John Mark F. Gacias (18.9%) and Katheryn M. Tronco (22.7%).

‎For Grade 9 representatives, SARO candidates Xian Alexis D. Fragio and April Kaye E. Furaque secured the seats with 42.1% and 57.9% of the votes, respectively.

‎Similarly, in the Grade 10 representative race, SARO candidates Kian Angelo F. Furio (33.8%) and Elma Nadine F. Ballesteros (22.6%) led the field, ahead of Hyden Lhoyd C. Fortuno of WISELY (12.6%) and SINAG candidates Zaijan C. Mira (15.3%) and Jashlene G. Loro (15.6%).

‎These partial results set the stage for the second and final day of voting, highlighting the hard-fought races and the strong engagement of the BNHS student body.

‎The BNHS–SSLG Halalan 2026 formally concluded following a two-day electoral process held on February 19–20, 2026, marking an important milestone in student leadership and democratic engagement within Bulusan National High School.
‎
‎This year’s election featured a competitive three-party contest for positions in the Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) for School Year 2026–2027.
‎
‎According to the official results, the SARO Partylist emerged as the dominant party, the WISELY Partylist secured the top position, and the SINAG Partylist secured several Grade-Level Representative seats, collectively forming the leadership structure for the upcoming academic year.

‎Ngayong February 25, ating inaalala at pinararangalan ang tapang, pagkakaisa, at paninindigan ng sambayanang Pilipino laban sa pamumuno na puno ng karahasan, panunupil, at paghihirap sa ilalim ng rehimeng Marcos. Ang EDSA People Power Revolution ay isang panalo ng mamamayan na dapat alalahanin hindi bilang opsyonal kundi bilang isang responsibilidad na dapat dalhin ng bawat isa.

‎Sa panahon kung saan patuloy ang pag-iral ng kasamaan at kadiliman sa gobyerno, ang diwa ng EDSA ang nagpapatunay na sa kolektibong aksyon ng taumbayan, ang kapangyarihan ay hindi pag-aari ng iilan dahil mula ito sa mamamayan at para sa mamamayan.

‎On February 13, 2026, the Site II campus of Bulusan National High School was filled with love and joy as students and faculty came together to celebrate Valentine’s Day. The meaningful celebration was made possible through the leadership and initiative of the Supreme Secondary Learner Government (BNHS-SSLG), bringing learners together for a heartwarming and memorable event.

‎Entitled 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑳𝑶𝑽𝑬𝒃𝒐𝒚𝒏𝒐𝒏 𝑪𝒐𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆: 𝑽𝒂𝒍𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒆’𝒔 𝑫𝒂𝒚 𝑪𝒆𝒍𝒆𝒃𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 2026, and anchored on the theme “𝘓𝘰𝘷𝘦 𝘪𝘴 𝘢 𝘝𝘦𝘳𝘣: 𝘛𝘶𝘳𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘍𝘦𝘦𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘴 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘰 𝘔𝘦𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘧𝘶𝘭 𝘌𝘹𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦.” the program featured a series of engaging and inclusive activities. These were thoughtfully designed to strengthen relationships, support students’ emotional well-being, and foster a deeper sense of belonging during the month of love.
‎
‎Despite challenges such as unpredictable weather and necessary adjustments in executing the event, the officers and participants remained steadfast and resilient. Their determination reflected the true essence of the theme, demonstrating that love is not merely a feeling, but an action expressed through commitment and sacrifice.
‎
‎The celebration officially started at around 9:00 AM with simultaneous contests, including Essay Writing, Poem Writing, Poster Making, and Slogan Making, alongside the much-anticipated Love Lane: Valentine’s Day Booth Fair, which ran until the afternoon. At approximately 2:00 PM, the main program commenced.
‎
‎In his welcome message, School Head Sir Romeo G. Llona Jr. warmly greeted the students and encouraged everyone to celebrate responsibly while embracing the true meaning of love. The stage came alive with captivating performances from the Artist League Dance and Music Department, adding color and energy to the celebration. The first-place winners of the Poem Writing Contest also had the opportunity to read their winning pieces, touching the hearts of the audience.

‎Following the performances and presentations, the program proceeded with the awarding ceremony, recognizing the outstanding winners of the various contests. The celebration concluded at around 4:00 PM with a heartfelt message from SSLG President Mark Angelo G. Diño, who expressed his gratitude to everyone who worked tirelessly behind the scenes. He emphasized, “Ang love hindi lang dapat pinagsisigawan kundi pinagtatrabahuan din,” reminding everyone that love should not only be proclaimed, but also lived out through action. He then wished everyone a Happy Valentine’s Day.

‎With the success of the event, the SSLG extends its sincerest appreciation to Sir Romeo G. Llona Jr., the school staff and faculty, the dedicated Artists League - Bulusan National High School performers, all participating clubs and organizations, and every student who contributed to making the event a meaningful and successful celebration of love and unity. 🎀💗
