We are pleased to inform you that at this very moment, representatives from various Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) in Bulan, Sorsogon are actively participating in the BICOL DAGYAW Open Government: Regional Town Hall Meeting, hosted by the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Bicol. This significant event is currently underway at the Sorsogon Provincial Capitol Grounds, Sorsogon City.

Dagyaw, a Hiligaynon term synonymous with "Bayanihan," embodies the spirit of communal unity to work and cooperate towards a common goal.

🌊🌍 International Coastal Clean-up 2023: Clean Seas for Healthy Fisheries 🌍🌊

Today, on September 16, 2023, we gathered at the three beautiful coasts of Bulan - JP Laurel, Inararan, and Nasuje - for the fifth consecutive year of the International Coastal Clean-up (ICC). This monumental event, organized by the Federation of Bulan Organizations in collaboration with the Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office (MENRO), and led by the esteemed APO Bulan Alumni Association, aimed to safeguard our coastal treasures and promote a sustainable future.

The purpose of the ICC transcends the act of cleaning. It's a collective pledge to protect our marine ecosystems, preserve biodiversity, and foster environmental consciousness within our community. Through our concerted efforts, we strive to leave a legacy of cleaner, healthier shores for generations to come.
