We recently met with the Municipal Agriculturist to discuss our plans for the 2026 Municipal 4-H Club Achievement Day and how we can build stronger support programs for young people in farming. 🌾

Kami po sa Layuan 4-H Club ay taos-pusong nagpapasalamat sa LGU of Bulan sa pagbibigay ng service vehicle para sa pag-transport ng mga paraphernalia para sa aming Stingless Bee Production Project.

Ang proyektong ito ay bahagi ng aming agri-enterprise initiative na layuning i-empower ang rural youth sa pamamagitan ng hands-on experience sa sustainable stingless beekeeping.

Pamamahalaan ito ng mga interesadong 4-H members at gagabayan ng Layuan Nature Integrated Farm (LNIF). Sa unang taon, ang pokus ay nasa colony production, kung saan matututo ang mga miyembro ng tamang management at colony splitting techniques para maparami ang mga hive.

Kasabay nito ay ang pagsisimula ng harvesting ng stingless bee honey, na ipo-proseso at imo-market locally para makatulong sa kita ng grupo.

Para matiyak ang tagumpay ng proyekto, magkakaroon ng joint assessment ng technical and skills training needs ang LNIF at LGU-Bulan. Kasama sa mga posibleng training ay ang:
🍯 Bee Biology
🍯 Hive Management
🍯 Honey Harvesting
🍯 Agri-Entrepreneurship

Maraming salamat sa DA RFO V (National Livestock Program) sa pag-considera sa amin pong mga kabataan ng Layuan 4-H Club bilang isa sa mga benepisyaryo ng programang ito. Napakalaking tulong po nito sa amin para mas mapalawak ang kaalaman, karanasan, at kabuhayan ng mga kabataang magsasaka sa aming komunidad.

Maraming salamat pong muli sa suporta. Sama-sama nating itaguyod ang kabataang agripreneur ng Bulan! 🙌🌿
