SUBJECT: Official Disclaimer Regarding the Ongoing ACBL Makata Cup Season 3
The Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas (SBP) Region III Referees Association (R3RA) Bulacan Chapter formally issues this statement to address and clarify our organization’s position regarding the ongoing ACBL Makata Cup Season 3.
To ensure transparency and protect the professional standing of our accredited officials, we wish to officially manifest the following:
• Non-Affiliation: The SBP R3RA Bulacan Chapter is not related to, nor a part of, the organization, management, or operations of the ACBL Makata Cup Season 3.
• Officiating Aspect: Our accredited group of SBP Referees in Bulacan is not involved in the officiating aspect of the said tournament. No official members of the SBP R3RA Bulacan Chapter have been deployed, sanctioned, or authorized to represent our association in this league.
• Technical Standards: Any officiating services currently being rendered for the ACBL Makata Cup Season 3 are independent of our association’s jurisdiction and do not carry the endorsement or technical supervision of the SBP R3RA Bulacan Chapter.
This disclaimer is issued to avoid any public confusion and to maintain the integrity of our association’s name.
We remain dedicated to upholding the highest standards of basketball officiating within the province of Bulacan under the official protocols of the Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas.
