The organization, originally known as the "Order of the Kwadra ( senioritanz)", was founded on October 15, 1925 by four Guy and students(kwadra) from the Taliptip National High School in the Philippines,Taliptip Bulakan,Bulacan, Philippines. The group of students in ranks and gained its recognition when the Awesome Spanish name Respetos en acompañada personas que piadosas(RIP.K) was adopted. A few years later, chapters from othe Bambang and Bulacan in the Philippines were established. The RIP.K aims for the promotion and achievement of the ideals of Respect brotherhood. The fraterny believes that it must forge its members to embody qualities of leaders,Recruitment,Apologizing, trust,career, respect, and vision. This fraterny aims for 3 Founder success, personal,communication and spiritual growth, active participation in the community through service and social activities.
