The Hospitality Management Faculty of Bulacan State University – Meneses Campus proudly participated in a 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗧𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 held at 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝗮𝘀𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝘄 & 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝘄𝘀 – 𝗚&𝗪 𝗧𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗮𝘇𝗮, 𝗚𝗶𝗹 𝗙𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗼 𝗔𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗲, 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗮 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆.

The immersion program aimed to strengthen industry-academe collaboration through experiential learning, supporting curriculum enhancement, faculty development, and institutional engagement.

The masterclass featured discussions and hands-on learning on wine appreciation, tasting techniques, food pairing principles, and the latest trends in the food and beverage industry. It was facilitated by 𝗜𝗕𝗨𝗭𝗭 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗢𝗣𝗖, led by 𝗠𝘀. 𝗞𝗮𝘆𝗲 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲, 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿, together with 𝗠𝗿. 𝗘𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘁 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗻𝗮, 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀.
