Being a digital nomad has become an increasingly popular form of employment for international tech professionals. Their government is proactively working with the private sector to attract global talent and strengthen their capabilities in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies.

I hope the Philippines 🇵🇭 also sees the value in welcoming remote workers from around the world, not just as tourists, but as contributors to our innovation landscape.

Doing so would:

1. Open up new perspectives in technology and collaboration
2. Boost our local economy and digital infrastructure
3. And most importantly, help Filipinos adapt to global trends and see the growing importance of digital skills and remote work.
