The heat is rising, and so are the risks ๐ก๏ธ. It is that time of the year again when hot and dry conditions have settled over most of the country, with heat index levels in the Philippines soaring beyond 42ยฐC, bringing not only discomfort, but also serious health risks.

โ ๏ธ Those most at risk include infants, the elderly, people with chronic illnesses, and individuals exposed to prolonged heat outdoors such as workers, athletes and physically active individuals.
