Happy 5th Founding Anniversary, Plushies For Hope, and Happy Mother’s Day to all the amazing mommies! 💖
To say we are grateful is an understatement.
On the night of May 15, it started raining hard and continued until the day of the event. At one point, I was already thinking of cancelling because the children’s welfare will always be our priority, and we did not want the kids to be in danger because of the weather.
But I believe God truly has His way of making things happen differently. One hour before the event, the sun shined its brightest, and the event ended smoothly and happily exactly the way we hoped it would be. It felt like God heard every prayer and reminded us that He is always in control.
To all our sponsors and supporters, thank you so much po. We may have repeatedly said, “Wala kami dito kung wala kayo,” because that is the honest truth. Plushies For Hope would not have reached this milestone without your kindness, trust, and unwavering support throughout the years. Every donation, sponsorship, encouragement, and act of generosity became part of this beautiful celebration and part of the lives we continue to touch.
We would also like to thank Father Derick for accepting our invitation to celebrate the Thanksgiving Mass with us. Thank you for sharing your time, prayers, and blessings on such a special occasion.
To all our suppliers, maraming salamat po sa inyong serbisyo at pakikiisa sa amin. We asked for feedback from the parents, and hearing how happy and satisfied they were with everything we prepared truly warmed our hearts. Thank you for helping us create a memorable and meaningful experience for the children and their families.
To all our volunteers, maraming maraming salamat sa inyong pagmamahal, oras, pagod, at suporta. Words will never be enough to express how grateful we are for each one of you. You gave your energy, patience, and hearts wholeheartedly just to make sure the event would become successful and enjoyable for everyone.
This celebration may mark the 5th founding anniversary of Plushies For Hope, but this success does not belong to us alone. This success belongs to every single person behind this mission. We dedicate this to all our members, volunteers, sponsors, supporters, suppliers, friends, families, and everyone who continuously believes in what we do.
As we celebrate this milestone, we pray for more years of serving with genuine love and compassion. We pray that God continues to guide us and bless everyone who became part of this journey.
