Bula LYDO headed by Engr. Ian Owen A. Raña proudly ranks Top 1 in Southern Luzon, secured the 5th spot among the Top Performing LYDOs nationwide in YORP Registration.

A milestone made possible by the active participation, commitment, and unity of our youth organizations and youth-serving organizations.

Maraming salamat sa mga kabataan ng Bula for stepping up, registering, organizing, and leading positive change in our community.

Your involvement proves that the youth of Bula are empowered, engaged, and ready to make a difference.

Let this be an inspiration to more young leaders to join, participate, and take part in youth programs and initiatives.

Last December 28, 2025, Salvacion Versatile Club (SVC) with Salvacion Association of College Students (SAoCS) facilitates Laro ng Lahi in celebration of Christmas and New Year's Day. All of the funds used in this event are from the money collected during the Christmas Caroling for a Cause of SVC.

We thank everyone, the kids, parents, officers, and the people of Barangay Salvacion for making this initiative possible. May we all have a great year ahead, advance Happy New Year!

Last December 23, 2025, the Salvacion Versatile Club (SVC) with the Salvacion Association of College Students (SAoCS) conducted its first-ever Christmas Caroling for a Cause at different houses around our Barangay. All funds collected shall be used to execute future programs and events of SVC.

We give our gratitude to every family who warmly welcomed us and joined us with this initiative.

Earlier today, December 22, 2025, Barangay Pastoral Council of Salvacion with Barangay Salvacion Council, Salvacion Versatile Club, and Salvacion Association of College Students performed their Christmas Presentation after the 7th Dawn Mass at St. Mary Magdalene Parish.

We are giving our utmost appreciation to everyone who joined and contributed for our Barangay's Sponsorship to be a success.

𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦 | 𝐈𝐍𝐃𝐔𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐂𝐄𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐎𝐍𝐘 𝐎𝐅 𝐍𝐄𝐖𝐋𝐘 𝐄𝐋𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐄𝐃 𝐒𝐕𝐂 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐒𝐀𝐎𝐂𝐒 𝐎𝐅𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐄𝐑𝐒

On October 18, 2025, at the Bula Municipal Covered Court, the newly elected officers of the 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝘃𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗩𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯 (𝗦𝗩𝗖) and the 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝘃𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 (𝗦𝗔𝗢𝗖𝗦) formally took their Oath of Office, marking the beginning of a new chapter of leadership and service.

The event commenced with Opening Remarks from 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐉𝐨𝐡𝐧 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐨𝐧 𝐀𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐚 𝐈𝐈, SK Chairman of Barangay Salvacion, who emphasized the importance of youth involvement in community building and leadership development. This was followed by an inspiring Message of Support from our Municipal Councilor, 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐄𝐝𝐧𝐚 𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐚, who encouraged the officers to lead with integrity, compassion, and commitment to public service.

The highlight of the program was the Induction and Oath-Taking Ceremony of the newly elected and appointed SVC and SAOCS officers, officiated by Vice Mayor 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐍𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐞 "𝐁𝐢𝐤𝐨𝐥" 𝐋𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐨. After administering the oath, Vice Mayor Bikol also delivered a heartfelt message, motivating the young leaders to embody excellence and accountability throughout their term.

Following the induction, 𝐌𝐡𝐞𝐥 𝐇𝐚𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐲 𝐏. 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐳𝐚, President of SVC, and 𝐂𝐞𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐃𝐑. 𝐒𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐚, President of SAOCS, expressed their Words of Gratitude, thanking their fellow students, supporters, and the community for their trust and encouragement. To cap off the formalities, a Pantomina performance was held, followed by a fun-filled party where laughter, music, and camaraderie filled the atmosphere throughout the night.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the Sangguniang Barangay ng Salvacion, Sangguniang Kabataan ng Salvacion, our guest speakers, visitors from other barangays, and our sponsors for their unwavering support.

The entire ceremony was a meaningful celebration of leadership, service, and hope — a true testament to the passion and dedication of the youth of Barangay Salvacion.

Congratulations, EJ Ballebar!

With an ample amount of preparation for the recent singing contest Big V this May 26, 2025 in Celebration of the Camarines Sur’s Kaogma Festival, EJ Ballebar bags the bacon and hailed as the Big V Champion after joining the event for the second time. He is also featured in the national television prior the Finals of Big V and proclaimed as daily winner for nth times. He is one of the living testimony that we can achieve anything as long as we keep trying and fighting.
