Yesterday, February 16, 2026, the Newly Elected SSLG Officers officially took their oath, marking the beginning of their commitment to serve, lead, and represent the student body with integrity and dedication.

The oath taking ceremony was administered by Ma’am Elizabeth Almazan, in the presence of the SSLG Adviser and the Youth COMEA, who witnessed this significant milestone in student leadership.

This moment signifies the officers’ pledge to uphold their duties, promote student welfare, and contribute to meaningful programs and initiatives that will benefit the entire school community.

With unity, responsibility, and service at the core of their leadership, the newly elected officers are now ready to take on their roles and make a positive impact.

“𝗗𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗰𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘃𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴; 𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁.”

The Online School-Based SSLG Election was successfully conducted, ensuring a transparent, organized, and accessible voting process for the student body. This initiative highlights the importance of student participation in leadership selection while adapting to efficient and technology-driven systems.

This event was made possible through the dedication and leadership of the Local Government Commission on Elections (LG COMEA), headed by Chief Commissioner Engr. Redilon S. Morales, Principal II, together with the members:

Mary Jean P. Oquendo, Camille Joy M. Oledan, Mae Ann Dujerte, Valerie D. Sombilon, Loie Mae B. Erezo, Jonah A. Dolendo, Charito M. Bareda, Gulliver B. Labra, and Sharmaine E. Binag.

We also extend our sincere appreciation to Iries M. Dinopol, SSLG Adviser, for her guidance and support throughout the election process.

Special thanks as well to Sir Dan Angelo V. Butlig, ICT Coordinator, for facilitating and ensuring the smooth and systematic conduct of the online voting platform.

Through collaboration and shared responsibility, this election reflects the value of student voice and democratic leadership within our school community.
