Project LAWA at BINHI Officially Takes Root in HATAKE Community Farms, Bugallon! ✨💚💙

A new chapter for community development, environmental sustainability, and food security has begun as HATAKE officially launched its partnership with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) through the Project LAWA at BINHI Program in the Municipality of Bugallon.

The launching ceremony was graced by our beloved Municipal Mayor, Hon. William K. Dy, together with local leaders, partner agencies, and community stakeholders who share the vision of building stronger, more resilient, and food-secure communities. Through this collaboration, HATAKE Community Farms continue to serve as a platform where Go Bikers, ALWAR volunteers, and local beneficiaries work together in promoting sustainable agriculture and environmental stewardship.

Over the coming days, more than 200 beneficiaries are expected to participate in the development and expansion of the HATAKE Community Farms located in Brgy. Hacienda and Brgy. Buenlag, Bugallon, Pangasinan.

The event also marked the official unveiling of the RONDA CARE APP, an innovative mobile application developed by researchers from Pangasinan State University to strengthen the implementation of the Ronda Kalusugan Program and support the efforts of youth volunteers in delivering community-based health services.

Project LAWA at BINHI is a DSWD initiative that provides Cash-for-Training and Cash-for-Work opportunities to vulnerable and low-income families. The program aims to enhance food production, environmental protection, climate change adaptation, and community resilience through agriculture, fisheries, and water resource management projects.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to our valued partners and stakeholders whose support made this initiative possible:

• The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), under the leadership of Regional Director Marie Angela S. Gopalan, CESO III, for providing this opportunity through the Project LAWA at BINHI Program;

• The Department of Agriculture (DA) for its continued commitment to promoting innovative and sustainable farming practices;

• The Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO) Bugallon, led by OIC Archie Castillo, for its invaluable guidance and partnership throughout the implementation of the program;

• The Municipal Agriculture Office (MAO) Bugallon, led by Mr. Christopher Ballesteros, for allowing the use of the Bugallon Demo Farm and HATAKE West Site;

• The Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office (MENRO) Bugallon, led by Ms. Joy Luwalhati, for its unwavering support of our environmental initiatives;

• Ms. Mari Lyn Mendoza for generously allowing the use of the land that now serves as the HATAKE Main Site;

• The Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) Bugallon, led by Ms. Lea Navato, for championing disaster preparedness, resilience-building, and climate adaptation efforts;

• FPJ Panday Bayanihan, under the leadership of Cong. Brian Poe, for providing logistical support;

• Pina Beauty Philippines for believing in and supporting our community-based advocacies;

• ABU for its continued partnership in promoting community development and public service;

• Our barangay officials, volunteers, beneficiaries, partner organizations, and all individuals who contributed their time, resources, and dedication to the success of this project.

This milestone is a testament to what can be achieved when government agencies, private organizations, volunteers, and communities unite toward a common purpose.

Together, we plant the seeds of hope, nurture sustainable livelihoods, protect our environment, and cultivate a brighter future for the next generation. 🌱💚

What meaningful and empowering days for the community of Brgy. Umanday! 😍🚴‍♂️💙❤️

The Two-Day Climate Change Adaptation & Mitigation and Basic First Aid Training was successfully conducted through the partnership and support of SK Umanday last May 23–24, 2026.

This activity equipped participants with valuable knowledge and practical skills in environmental awareness, disaster preparedness, and proper emergency response. In today’s changing world, being informed and prepared is one of the best ways we can protect ourselves, our families, and our community.

Thank you to everyone who participated and showed their support in making this program a success. Your willingness to learn and serve is a big step toward building a safer, stronger, and more resilient community. 🫶✨

Sun, smiles, service, and solidarity! 🌊☀️🔥💙

Our summer outing at Patar Beach was more than just a getaway — it was a celebration of unity, friendship, volunteerism, and the shared passion to serve our communities with heart.

To the amazing ALWAR Volunteers and Go Bikers, thank you for bringing energy, compassion, and purpose throughout this memorable experience. Moments like these remind us that behind every advocacy are people willing to give their time, effort, and kindness for others.

We extend our deepest gratitude to Mayor William K. Dy for warmly welcoming us into his home, generously sponsoring our food, and lending a coaster vehicle for the transportation of our volunteers. Your hospitality and support truly made everyone feel valued, safe, and cared for.

Special thanks as well to FPJ Panday Bayanihan, thank you for lending the truck that safely transported our volunteers. Your support helped make this meaningful gathering possible.

And to Pina Beauty for the generous support and encouragement to our cause.

This outing reminds us that advocacy becomes stronger when people come together — not only to enjoy life, but also to inspire service, promote bayanihan, and build a community driven by compassion and action.

Beyond the ride, beyond the outing — this is bayanihan in action. 🤍💫

Mother’s Day Special 💐🩷✨

As we celebrate this special day, may we continue to promote compassion, health, and bayanihan. Every small act of service reminds us that a stronger and healthier community begins with caring hearts — especially the love and sacrifices of our Mothers. 💐

Maraming salamat po sa ating mga nanay, at mga tatay na tumayo na ring nanay, for your endless strength, love, and dedication. You are the true heroes of every home and community. Happy Mother’s Day! 💕

Our sincere gratitude to Pangasinan State University Lingayen Campus for the opportunity to take part in YPAG-KAISA: Kabataang Nagkakaisa para sa Kahandaan at Proteksyon last April 29, 2026. 💙🥰💫

Through this meaningful collaboration with Young Public Administrator’s Guild (YPAG), we had the opportunity to teach students the fundamentals of Standard First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS)—equipping them with life-saving knowledge and skills they can use in times of emergency.

It is truly an honor to contribute to shaping a generation of prepared, compassionate, and responsive youth.

Thank you for the trust and partnership! Together, let’s continue building safer and more resilient communities. ✨🤍
