Botolan National High School officially opened its celebration of Mental Health Month 2026 during todayโs flag ceremony, highlighting the vital role of emotional well-being, safe spaces, and mutual support within the school community.
The launch was led by Maโam Dasha B. Gatchalian-Ecal, School Counselor Associate I, who shared an inspiring message on the importance of prioritizing mental health, breaking stigmas, and looking out for one another as one BNHS family.
A major highlight of the ceremony was the introduction of our Peer Facilitators! These fellow students have stepped up to help, guide, and support their peers, ensuring that no BNHS learner ever has to walk through tough times alone.
Letโs make this month a reminder to practice kindness, listen without judgment, and check in on our friends. Together, let's create a safer and kinder campus for everyone!
