𝗔𝗡𝗢 𝗔𝗡𝗚 𝗧𝗨𝗡𝗚𝗞𝗨𝗟𝗜𝗡 𝗡𝗚 𝗕𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗔𝗬 𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗔 𝗦𝗔 𝗠𝗚𝗔 𝗣𝗪𝗗?

Ang Barangay ang pinakamalapit na pamahalaan sa mamamayan.
Kaya hindi sapat na kilala lang ang mga Persons with Disability (PWD) — dapat may konkretong aksyon at serbisyo.

Narito ang mga responsibilidad ng Barangay para sa mga PWD:

✅ Kilalanin at irehistro ang mga PWD sa komunidad upang matiyak na nakakatanggap sila ng mga programa at benepisyo.

✅ Siguraduhin na accessible ang mga pasilidad ng barangay tulad ng ramp, maayos na daanan, at PWD-friendly na CR.

✅ Magbigay ng suporta at referral para sa medical assistance, therapy, assistive devices, at iba pang serbisyong kailangan ng PWD.

✅ Ipatupad ang mga batas na nagpoprotekta sa mga PWD laban sa diskriminasyon at kawalan ng access.

✅ Isama ang mga PWD sa disaster preparedness plan ng barangay upang matiyak ang kanilang kaligtasan sa panahon ng sakuna.

✅ Suportahan ang mga organisasyon ng PWD upang magkaroon sila ng boses sa mga programa at desisyon ng komunidad.

⚠️Hindi pabor ang mga ito — KARAPATAN ito ng mga PWD.

Ang tunay na malasakit sa komunidad ay nasusukat sa kung paano nito pinapahalagahan ang mga pinaka-nangangailangan ng suporta.

♿ Ang inclusive na barangay ay barangay na walang naiiwan.

NAIPASA na ang NATIONAL DISABILITY SUPPORT ALLOWANCE ACT kahapon sa 2nd Regular Committee Meeting of Special Committee on Persons With Disabilities so next ay isa-submit na ito sa Committee on Appropriation, once APPROVED ay mag start na ang PLENARY HOUSE deliberation.

Ang mga House Bills ay dumadaan ng 3 readings bago makarating sa Bicam (House and Senate) on the road to the OP. Heto ang Pages 5-6 ng 8 pages of the Substitute Bill (Draft Version) for your immediate reference regarding important matters dapat malaman.

💥DISABILITY SUPPORT ALLOWANCE PROGRAM ACT💥
Patuloy sa pag-usad ng Substitute Bill. Malapit na makamit natin ang matagal nang inaasam-asam na P2T monthly Disability Support Allowance kung ipagdasal at suportahan ng buong May Kapansanan sa buong Pilipinas.

SEC. 10. Direct Payment of the Disability Support Allowance. The DSAP 2 User shall receive their allowance directly and securely through Authorized 3 Government Depository Banks (AGDBs). In localities where AGDB services are 4 insufficient or unavailable, the payment may be coursed directly, or through an AGDB, 5 by engaging the services of rural banks, thrift banks, cooperative banks, or money 6 remittance institutions duly accredited by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) to 7 facilitate the distribution of such payments
