Application for University Scholar for 1st and 2nd Semester, Academic Year 2022-2023 is now OPEN.

Applicants may submit their application to the Scholarship Services Office (3rd Floor, Quality Assurance Building), PRMSU Iba Campus, until September 15, 2023 (Friday).

📃 QUALIFICATIONS

📌Students who obtain a General Weighted Average (GWA) of 1.5 or better during the preceding semester
📌Must have no grade lower than 2.00
📌 Must have no failing grades in any subjects

📃 DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS

📌Certification as University Scholar from Office of the University Registrar (Original and Photocopy)
📌Certificate of Grades (previous semester) (Original and Photocopy)
📌Certificate of Registration (Original and Photocopy)
📌2x2 picture
📌 Filled out Application Form

1. Applicants who have not reported to their KNB CENTERS in their own municipalities for LISTING must now go.

2. REMINDER
A. Due on August 25, 2023 Brgy. Indigency & School I.D. (even if it’s not validated for 1st Semester A.Y. 2023-2024)

B. Certified True Copy (CTC) of Certificate of Registration
(COR), Certificate of Grades (COG) & Certificate of Tree Planting Activity, must be submitted by September 2023.
