โค๏ธ๐Ÿš‘ SAFETY IN ACTION | Philippine Red Cross โ€“ Mountain Province Chapter Supports Project ISMERK Walk, Run, and Bike for a Cause

The Philippine Red Cross โ€“ Mountain Province Chapter proudly joined the Project ISMERK Walk, Run, and Bike for a Cause by providing first aid, emergency medical services, and humanitarian support throughout the event, ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants from start to finish.

Our dedicated Red Cross volunteers remained on standby, ready to respond to any medical emergency while promoting a safe environment for everyone who took part in this meaningful activity.

More than providing emergency care, this event embodied the true spirit of humanity as the community came together in support of Mr. Eric S. Luyo in his courageous fight against cancer. We are honored to stand alongside our partnersโ€”the Mountain Province Police Provincial Office, Bontoc Municipal Police Station, Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Caluttit, and all stakeholdersโ€”in making this noble cause a safe and successful endeavor.

The Philippine Red Cross extends its sincere appreciation to all responders, volunteers, organizers, and participants whose compassion and cooperation made this activity possible.

Together, we continue to uphold our commitment to serve humanity through preparedness, compassion, and volunteerism.

Always First. Always Ready. Always There. โค๏ธ

โค๏ธ National CPR Day 2026 โค๏ธ

Hawak Mo ang Beat. Hawak Mo ang Buhay.

Every heartbeat matters. Every second counts.

This National CPR Day, the Philippine Red Cross โ€“ Mountain Province Chapter calls on everyone to learn the life-saving skill of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR). In an emergency, your hands can keep hope alive while waiting for medical help.

Hawak Mo ang Beat is more than a sloganโ€”it is a reminder that each of us has the power to make a difference. By learning CPR, you become prepared to respond with confidence and compassion when every moment matters.

Together, let us build safer, stronger, and more resilient communities by empowering more lifesaversโ€”one heartbeat at a time.
