Congratulations to Hon. Herben Rhoy Ranay, our Founder and CEO of Boholano Youth Ambassadors, for being elected as the Presiding Officer of the 13th National Youth Parliament โ one of the highest and most respected youth leadership positions in the Philippines.
As a true Boholano leader, Herben has carried our provinceโs identity, courage, and humility with him throughout the national assembly. His election is not just a personal achievement โ it is a victory for every young Boholano who dreams of leading, serving, and shaping a better future.
Herben has always believed that leadership is not about titles, but about purpose. Through years of grassroots work, community development, and youth empowerment, he has shown what it means to listen, to unite, and to build bridges across divisions. His role as Presiding Officer is a testament to his integrity, dedication, and unwavering passion for public service.
