📢 PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT – MR-SIA VACCINATION ACTIVITY

The City of Bogo Health Office will conduct the Measles-Rubella Supplemental Immunization Activity (MR-SIA) to protect our children from dangerous outbreaks.

✅ What: Free Measles & Rubella Vaccination + Vitamin A
📅 When: August 10–28, 2026
📍 Where: Barangay Health Station or Temporary Post (Brgy. Lapaz Covered Court )
👶 Who: Children aged 6 months to 4 years and 11 months

Reminder: Please bring your child’s immunization card if available.

This program is FREE and aims to safeguard the health of our community’s children. Let’s work together to spread the word and ensure every child is protected.

Good evening everyone,

We are happy to announce that our fiesta celebration and basketball league opening program will be Held tomorrow June 7, 2026 at 2pm...

The event will start with grand parade followed by the opening salvo and the opening ceremony of our basketball league.

We are inviting all players, teams, official, sponsors, guest and residents, to join and support this exciting celebration.

Assembly area for the parade will be at villa Casita north subdivision, and the parade will start exactly at 2pm tomorrow Sunday afternoon.

Let us all participate and enjoy this special occasion with unity, sportsmanship and community spirit.

Please be informed that our Opening Salvo will be held on Sunday, June 7, 2026. We warmly invite everyone to participate. Assembly will be at the main entrance gate of Phase 1.

For other activities:
- Fun Run Registration – Kindly register with Ms. Arlinda.
- Sponsorship Opportunity – A tarpaulin sponsorship is available for ₱250, which will be displayed at your house or near the gate. For those interested, please approach Ms. Evelyn or Ms. Arlinda.

All proceeds will be used to support our chapel improvements and fiesta activities.

🐾 Gentle Reminder on Proper Disposal of Dead Animals

Dear Villa Casita Residents,

It has come to our attention that a deceased dog was improperly disposed of at the MRF/garbage area this morning. This practice causes foul odor and poses health risks to our community.

We kindly request everyone not to throw dead animals at the MRF or garbage area. Instead, please:
- Provide them with a proper burial, or
- Coordinate with Butchoy for assistance.

Subject: HO Circular No. 2026-002 – Optional Attendance for Q1 Special GMM & Deferment of Penalty Implementation

Dear Homeowners and Residents,

On behalf of the Board of Directors, please be informed that HO Circular No. 2026-002 has been issued regarding the Optional Attendance for the First Quarter (Q1) Special General Membership Meeting (GMM) and the Deferment of Penalty Implementation scheduled on April 25, 2026.

This decision was made in consideration of global developments that have led to increased fuel and other costs. The Board recognizes the financial and logistical challenges faced by many members.

Optional Attendance applies to:
1. Homeowners who are not permanently residing in Villa Casita North Subdivision.
2. Homeowners who reside outside Bogo City.

This measure is granted as a form of consideration due to prevailing economic conditions.

Compulsory Attendance applies to:
- Homeowners residing in Bogo City.
- Residents of Villa Casita North Subdivision.
