Ang kabataan nga ang pag-asa ng bayan, City-High!✊🏻

In honor of the 83rd Commemoration of Araw ng Kagitingan and Veteran’s Week 2025, the YES-O are ecstatic✨ to have been part of such significant activities! Through the poster making✍🏻 and oratorical speech contest🗣️, students not only expressed their skills and talents, but also put forth such mind-pondering thoughts on the importance of recognizing our heroes and exercising our freedom🇵🇭.

Despite the tight time constraints, City-High’s talented students rose to the occasion, delivering powerful tributes to the bravery and sacrifices of our heroes with unmatched creativity and eloquence. Their passion and dedication truly shone through, and we are extremely glad to have witnessed it all!🌟

With that, we are pleased to announce the students who bagged such honor during this time. Congratulations to these outstanding individuals!

Let us deal with the plastics, Ka City-High!😆

The Bottles Up initiative, spearheaded by the YES-O and with the support of our passionate classroom presidents, is more than just a recycling effort—it's a powerful movement towards sustainability and community empowerment. By collecting plastic bottles, we’re not only reducing waste and protecting the environment, but we’re also teaching the values of responsibility and environmental stewardship to our peers.

In just the first week alone, we managed to collect an incredible number of bottles! This early success shows that when we work together, we can make a significant impact. Moreover, the proceeds from this effort will contribute to generating income for the organization, allowing us to fund future projects that support both our campus and the wider community.

We’re hopeful that with continued participation, this initiative will become a consistent part of our commitment to sustainability and growth. Let’s keep up the momentum and turn this effort into a lasting change, Brave Eagles!🦅

What we sweep could be ours to keep, Eagles!🧹

January 17th was a day filled with purpose, energy, and a shared commitment to making a positive impact! The clean-up drive was not only a fun and engaging way to give back to our community, but it also brought us all together for a common goal♻️. It was amazing to witness everyone working side by side, transforming our surroundings into a cleaner, more vibrant space🏫.

We’d like to grab this opportunity to express our heartfelt gratitude to the CBSHS Senior Plus RCY Council⛑️ for allowing us to team up and bringing everyone’s enthusiasm and dedication to the event. This initiative was indeed impactful and we couldn’t be more honored to have shared this moment with the rest of the students. Together, we proved that small acts can create big changes.

As we reflect on the day, let’s remember that cleaning up our environment is not just about picking up trash—it’s about lifting up our community and working together to build a better, brighter future for all.🌍✨

A huge thanks to you too, first responders!🫡

We would like to extend our deepest gratitude to the CBSHS Senior Plus RCY Council for giving us the chance to be a part of their incredible clean-up drive. It was an absolute privilege to join hands with such a dedicated and passionate group of individuals who truly care about the environment and the community.

We’d also like to thank the students of CBSHS for their hard work, enthusiasm, and positive energy. We are proud to have worked alongside such an amazing team and look forward to more opportunities to contribute to the well-being of our institution.
