Ngayon pong araw na ito ay ating inilulunsad ang bagong theme song para sa ika-122 Anibersaryo ng ating iglesia, na may pamagat na โ€œUmiibig, Naglilingkod, Nangungunaโ€, isinulat ni Aga Fatrick Sta. Ana at inawit ng Bulacan Maharlika Singers.

Ang awiting ito ay hango sa bagong pangitain (vision) ng The United Methodist Church na โ€œLove Boldly, Serve Joyfully, and Lead Courageously.โ€
Isinalin ito sa ating wika na siya ring tema ng ating pagdiriwang ngayong taon, โ€œUmiibig na may Katapangan, Naglilingkod na may Kagalakan, Nangunguna na may Kagitingan.โ€

Sama-sama po nating pakinggan ang awit na ito, na may panalangin sa ating mga puso na patuloy tayong magmahal nang may tapang, maglingkod nang may galak, at mamuno nang may kagitingan.

With Grateful Hearts, We Honor the Taal UMC Church Council (2021โ€“2024) led by its Chairperson, Ms. Michelle Flores.

As their term comes to a close, we extend our deepest thanks to the beloved members of the Taal United Methodist Church Council, who faithfully served from Conference Years 2021 to 2024.

These past four years were not easyโ€”marked by recovery from a global pandemic, changes in leadership, and the ever-evolving needs of our church and community. But through it all, you stood your ground. With steady hands and prayerful hearts, you led us forward.

You made decisions that mattered. You lifted up our ministries. You showed up, even when it was difficult. And most of all, you served not for recognition, but out of love for God and for His church.

The fruit of your labor will continue to grow in the lives you touched and the direction you helped shape. As a new Church Council prepares to take on the mantle of leadership, we thank you for paving the way with grace, wisdom, and faith.

You are deeply appreciated. You are dearly loved. And you will always be part of the story God is writing here in Taal UMC.

With Love and Gratitude, We Honor Dss. Rowena Santos

For two years (Conference Year 2023 to 2024), Dss. Rowena Santos made a lasting impact on the life of Taal United Methodist Church. With a servantโ€™s heart and a gentle spirit, she ministered to our congregation faithfully, bringing comfort, encouragement, and grace in every task she took on.

Her dedication to mission, compassion for the people, and joyful presence in our ministries reminded us of Christโ€™s love in action. Whether through her work behind the scenes or her presence in fellowship, Dss. Rowena embodied what it means to serve wholeheartedly.

As she moves forward to the next chapter of her ministry journey, we offer our sincerest thanks and prayers. Thank you, Dss. Rowena, for your time, care, and commitment. You leave behind not just memoriesโ€”but also inspiration.

May the Lord continue to guide and bless you abundantly. You will always be part of the Taal UMC family.

With Grateful Hearts, We Say Farewell to Rev. Rodrigo Torres III

From Conference Years 2021 to 2024, we were truly blessed to have Rev. Rodrigo Torres III serve as the Administrative Pastor of Taal United Methodist Church. In those three meaningful years, Pastor Rod not only shepherded our congregation with wisdom and humility, but also walked with us through seasons of both joy and challengeโ€”with unwavering faith, deep compassion, and a heart anchored in Christ.

He preached the Word boldly, led with grace, and touched many lives through his quiet strength and servant leadership. His presence in our church was more than a pastoral appointmentโ€”it was a divine appointment.

Now, as he answers Godโ€™s call to serve in another United Methodist Church, we send him off with our prayers, our gratitude, and our love. We are better because he was with us. The seeds he planted will continue to bear fruit in the years to come.

Thank you, Pastor Rod, for your faithful service and for the spiritual legacy you leave behind. May God continue to use you mightily in your next assignment. You will always have a family here in Taal UMC.

Patapos na ang Conference Year 2024โ€“2025, at kasabay nito ang ating panunungkulan bilang Church Officers. Ngunit hindi dito nagtatapos ang ating misyon para sa Panginoon.Tayo'y tinatawag na magkaisa โ€” upang pagandahin ang ating bahay-sambahan, parsonage, at ang Taal UMC Memorial Garden. Simula ngayong Linggo, maglalaan tayo ng basket para sa ating special offering. Maaari ring magbigay sa pamamagitan ng GCash at mobile banking. Envelopes will also be provided for transparency and accountability. Hindi ito kaya ng iilan. Pero kaya natin ito โ€” bilang isang Iglesiya. Ihanda natin ang ating puso at kaloob para sa patuloy na gawain ng Diyos.Itaguyod natin ang Iglesiya kung saan si Kristo ang Batong Panulukan.
