‼️Hello VZ Residents,

As you all know, we currently have an interim board that is monitoring everyone’s concerns while we await the transition. Regarding the post yesterday (please see attached original post), we would like to clarify the following:

Our security guards are performing their duties well and are fully oriented with the rules and regulations on who may or may not enter the subdivision premises. Anonymous posts or participants should not be entertained as their identities cannot be verified. Such posts may cause unnecessary alarm, spread misleading information, or even affect the economic welfare of our community.

We kindly remind all residents to remain vigilant and responsible with your online reactions and comments. For any genuine concerns, please approach our security guards directly at the guard post, or coordinate with the HOA office for proper assistance.

Let us all allow the authorized personnel to perform their duties accordingly.

BOCAUE, ISINAILALIM SA STATE OF CALAMITY

Opisyal nang isinailalim sa State of Calamity ang Bayan ng Bocaue dahil sa pinsalang idinulot ng malawakang pagbaha. Ang deklarasyong ito ay bunga ng masusing koordinasyon at pagtutulungan nina Mayor Jonjon Villanueva, Vice Mayor Atty. Sherwin Tugna, mga Konsehal ng Team Solid, at ng Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (MDRRMC).

Layunin ng deklarasyon na agad matugunan ang mga pangangailangan ng mamamayan sa panahon ng kalamidad, at magpatupad ng mga hakbang para sa kaligtasan at suporta sa mga pamilyang naapektuhan.

Kabilang sa mga probisyong nakasaad sa deklarasyon ang pagbibigay ng mas malawak na kapangyarihan sa lokal na pamahalaan upang mas mabilis na makakilos at magamit ang Calamity Fund para sa pamamahagi ng ayuda at pagsasakatuparan ng mga relief operations at rehabilitasyon sa mga apektadong barangay.

Isinasaad din nito ang pagpapatupad ng mga mekanismo upang masigurong kontrolado at mananatiling tama ang presyo ng mga pangunahing bilihin.

Sa tulong at awa ng Panginoong Diyos at sa ating pagtutulungan, malalampasan din natin ang pagsubok na ito.
