Rotary Club of Marinduque North was establish under the hardwork of Rtn. Paquito "Kitz" Riego on 1997. Mercader St. San Miguel, Boac.

Grow local economies The club was chartered on October 18, 1997 which was sponsored by Rotary Club of Lucena thru then IPP Sergio "Caloy" Zoleta. TheRCMN was assigned Club No. 50733 by the Rotary International while the late Josefino Roan was

elected as charter president. Until June 1999, the club holds its regular meetings at Cely's Kitchenette located at 10 De Octubre St., San Miguel, Boac every Thursday, 6PM. By July on the same year, thru a board resolution, the club opted to hold its regular meeting at Kusina sa Plaza Restaurant located at D. On this Great Rotary Year 2017, the club now holds its regular meetings twice a month; during the FIRST (1st) THURSDAY and the THIRD (3rd) MONDAY at 6PM. Official meetings are still held at KUSINA SA PLAZA.

The Rotary Club of Marinduque North is thrilled to announce a pivotal milestone in our commitment to community service: the successful signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Marinduque Police Provincial Office (PNP-Marinduque PPO). Our club, led by Heart Working President Sheila Mapacpac Wilhelm, officially formalized this crucial partnership with the PNP-Marinduque PPO, represented by Provincial Director PCOL ARTHUR A SALIDA, Deputy Director for Operations PLTCOL ELMER L MANALO, and Acting Chief PCADU PMAJ JEROME V MENDIOLA. The ceremonial signing took place on November 21, 2025, at the Kusina sa Plaza Brgy. San Miguel, Boac, Marinduque.

This MOU signifies a powerful joint effort to strengthen the collaboration between our civic organization and law enforcement. Together, we will enhance community development and bolster public service initiatives across Marinduque. The meaningful program commenced with an invocation delivered by Pat Jenivel R. Abello and warm welcome remarks from PLTCOL ELMER L MANALO. Provincial Director PCOL ARTHUR A SALIDA then delivered a strong message of solidarity, highlighting the PNP’s dedication to fostering partnerships with civic groups like ours. Our very own President Sheila M. Wilhelm followed with a message emphasizing the crucial importance of unity and collaborative efforts in successfully advancing our community programs. PMAJ JEROME V MENDIOLA then read the MOU, clearly outlining the shared objectives and mutual commitments of both the PNP and the Rotary Club.

The MOU signing itself was the undisputed highlight, formally marking a significant milestone in our continuing partnership. It was witnessed by officers of the Rotary Club and selected PNP personnel. This event truly demonstrates a shared vision of service, cooperation, and dedication to the welfare of the Marinduque community. We look forward to the impactful projects we will undertake alongside the PNP-Marinduque PPO!

RID 3820 — TOGETHER, WE END POLIO NOW! ❤️💛🌍

It’s End Polio Month, and I proudly stand with Rotary International in the fight to completely eradicate polio worldwide.

We are already 99.9% polio-free — just that last 0.1% to go, and every effort counts. Rotary continues to lead vaccination programs, raise funds, and mobilize volunteers to protect every child, everywhere.

Please be advised that the Rotary Club of Marinduque North's (RCMN) Anniversary Raffle Draw has been rescheduled.

The new official draw date is December 6, 2025.

This change allows the club more time to process the event details thoroughly and will allow us to hold the raffle draw in simultaneous celebration with the Fun Run event being organized by RCMN. This synchronization will help maximize the community impact and ensure a more exciting and successful fundraising effort for our Community Service for Rotary Year 2025-2026 - Bayanihang May Puso.

All tickets purchased for the initial October 18, 2025, date will remain valid and will be included in the December 6, 2025, drawing.

💧 Handwashing Facility Handover: A Gift of Health for Brgy. Puting Buhangin! 🧼

The Rotary Club of Marinduque North is proud to share the success of our Handover of Constructed Handwashing Facility in Brgy. Puting Buhangin, Boac, Marinduque, held on October 1, 2025!

This project is a key part of Rotary District Governor 3820 Jeremie Lo's "Bayanihang May Puso" initiative, focusing on a community and rendering our service in the areas of Disease Prevention, Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) in the community.

Our Heart Working President Sheila M. Wilhelm of the Rotary Club of Marinduque North, personally led the ceremony, unveiling the new facility and initiating the children in proper handwashing techniques—a truly heartwarming sight!

On September 1, 2025, we were honored to host a visit from RI District 3820 Governor Jeremie S. Lo to the hemodialysis clinic initially established by the Rotary Club of Marinduque North at the Marinduque Provincial Hospital.

This project, which was spearheaded by PP Aquilina Rivas and implemented during the Amazing Life Changing Year (RY 2022-2023) through The Rotary Foundation Global Grant 1984031, represents a collaborative effort that has had a profound impact on the community.

The visit, which included current President Sheila Mapacpac Wilhelm, Rotarian Hon. John R. Pelaez, and Vice Governor Rotarian Dr. Romulo Jun Bacorro allowed for a valuable discussion with the clinic's focal persons to determine how Rotary can continue to provide vital assistance and support to this facility.

What an honor to host Rotary District 3820 Governor Jeremie S. Lo! 🤩

The Rotary Club of Marinduque North had the distinct pleasure of welcoming DG Jeremie S. Lo during his official visit on August 31, 2025, held at the beautiful Adiz Resort and Hotel in Ihatub, Boac, Marinduque.

Led by our Heart Working President Sheila Mapacpac Wilhelm, the event was a fantastic opportunity for fellowship and inspiration. DG Jeremie shared invaluable insights, emphasizing the critical importance of membership growth and strengthening Rotary's public image. He passionately encouraged all members to actively participate in our club's initiatives and to be an integral part of District 3820's impactful work.

It was a truly motivating visit that recharged our commitment to Service Above Self! Thank you, DG Jeremie, for your inspiring message and guidance!
