This year's theme reflects the power of quiet excellence -- the kind that does not demand attention, yet leaves a lasting impact.

𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐀𝐏 |

On April 8, 2026, first-year Public Administration students of Marinduque State University conducted a seminar for their Understanding the Self course from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the MarSU Canopy.

The seminar, entitled “𝑩𝒆𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑾𝒉𝒐𝒍𝒆: 𝑨 𝑴𝒖𝒍𝒕𝒊𝒅𝒊𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝑨𝒑𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒂𝒄𝒉 𝒕𝒐 𝑼𝒏𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒏𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑺𝒆𝒍𝒇: 𝑨 𝑺𝒆𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒓 𝒐𝒏 𝑷𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝑮𝒓𝒐𝒘𝒕𝒉 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑺𝒆𝒍𝒇-𝑫𝒊𝒔𝒄𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒚”, aimed to provide students with a deeper understanding of their identity, foster self-awareness, and promote holistic personal development. The activity was held under the supervision of their course instructor, Ma’am Analisa M. Largado.

The program formally commenced with opening remarks delivered by Dean Keam Malabayabas. It featured insightful discussions from Dr. Rosalyn Dasco, Director of Student Programs and Services, and Mr. John Ryan Leaño, Head of the Health Services Unit, who shared valuable perspectives on mental, emotional, and social well-being.

The program flow was effectively facilitated by the Masters of Ceremony, Ms. Micka M. Segui and Mr. John Ace Guiller R. Roldan, who ensured the smooth and organized progression of the seminar.

The activity was successfully carried out through the active participation of first-year students, in coordination with the health team from CAHS and the JPSPA Officers.
