LRP ON WHEELS AT DELOT ELEMENTARY SCHOOL 💙

The Learner Rights and Protection (LRP) on Wheels continues its journey in bringing awareness and support closer to our learners, parents, and school communities.

At Delot Elementary School, parents actively participated in an engaging session highlighting their important role as partners in protecting learners’ rights and ensuring learners' safety and well-being.

Parents were reminded that learner protection begins at home and is strengthened through strong collaboration between the home, school, and community. Together, we can create a safe, supportive, and motivating learning environment where every child feels respected, heard, and protected.

Parents as Partners. Schools as Protectors. Communities as Advocates. 🤝💙

Sa pagtatapos ng apat na araw na orientation, baon ng ating mga kinatawan ang mas malalim na kaalaman, bagong pananaw, at mas matibay na paninindigan upang higit na mapaglingkuran at masuportahan ang mga paaralan ng DepEd Bislig City Division sa pagpapatupad ng mga programa para sa Learner Rights and Protection.

Nawa’y maging matagumpay ang kanilang adhikain na paigtingin ang laban kontra bullying at maisulong ang isang ligtas, protektado, at maayos na learning environment para sa bawat mag-aaral.

Masaya at buong-pusong makikibahagi ang ating mga kinatawan sa patuloy na pagbibigay ng serbisyo para sa ating mga paaralan at mag-aaral. 💙

Nakiisa ang DepEd Bislig City Division sa 4-Day National Orientation and Consultation on the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 10627, o Anti-Bullying Act of 2013, na ginanap sa DepEd EcoTech Center, Cebu City.

Layunin ng aktibidad na higit pang mapalawak ang kaalaman at mapalakas ang kapasidad ng mga School Principal at Learner Rights and Protection (LRP) Focals sa epektibong pagpapatupad ng mga hakbang laban sa bullying at sa pagsusulong ng ligtas, inklusibo, at makataong learning environment para sa bawat mag-aaral.

Kinatawan ng Division sina School Principal Araceli Cañete at PDO Retchel Generoso, Learner Rights and Protection Focal.

The Division Federated Supreme Secondary Learner Government (DFSSLG) – Bislig City Division proudly presents the 2026 LEADER'S LOUNGE—the First Virtual Kumustahan of the Secondary Learner Leaders and Officers for School Year 2026–2027.

This milestone gathering unites the officers of the Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG), Barkada Kontra Bisyo (BKB), Youth for Environment in Schools Organization (YES-O), and Red Cross Youth (RCY) from all 20 secondary schools of the Schools Division of Bislig City.

Today, July 30, 2026, the Learner Rights and Protection (LRP) on Wheels successfully brought together parents from Mone National High School, Ser-fel Mone Elementary School, Recaredo Castillo Elementary School, and Burboanan Elementary School in a meaningful conversation on creating safer, more nurturing spaces for our children.

The section’s heartfelt gratitude to PSDS Ma'am Vilma Nuñez for gracing the activity with her presence and steadfast support. We also extend our sincere appreciation to our dedicated School Heads - Ma'am Nina Mae Cuas, Ma'am Laarnie Acosta, Sir Allan Gemao, and Ma'am Roselyn Potot - whose commitment made this initiative possible.

To SDS Gemma A. De Paz, ASDS Glorian B. Ederosas, and our ever-strategic SGOD Chief Demosthenes J. Quinal, the section is grateful for the visionary leadership, constant guidance, and steadfast belief in initiatives that strengthen learner rights and protection across our schools.

Most importantly, to our dear parents - thank you for showing up. Your presence is a powerful reminder that the strongest foundation of every child's future begins when home and school stand together. Malugod naming ipinapakilala ang ating mga bagong Project Development Officer I (PDO I) ng Schools Division Office of Bislig City!

Handa na silang makatuwang ang ating mga paaralan sa pagpapatupad ng mga programang nagtataguyod ng kaligtasan, kapakanan, at kabuuang pag-unlad ng bawat mag-aaral. Bilang mga katuwang ng Learner Formation, magsisilbi silang gabay at suporta sa mga inisyatibong nagsusulong ng ligtas, inklusibo, at mapagmalasakit na kapaligiran sa paaralan.

Kilalanin ang ating mga bagong Kuya at Ate PDO na magsisilbi sa iba't ibang school assignments sa buong Dibisyon ng Bislig City.

Sama-sama nating ipagpatuloy ang paghubog ng mga mag-aaral na may mabuting asal, pananagutan, at pagmamahal sa kapwa.
