The Kabalikat Radiocom Philippines Backbone Base Biri Chapter, Biri Northern Samar is an active group of Radio Communicators, organized to participate in public assistance and other related services especially during calamities and emergencies. Committed to serve the people/ It was organized:
- To raise the status of Radio Communicators to a position of high responsibility and importance as well

as to enable and actively participate in public assistance and other related services especially during calamities and emergencies.
- To solicit suggestion and sources of action from among its chapter groups and other organization,
- To assist the government projects campaign against graft and corruption. Crusade against moral decay, fight against criminality, juvenile delinquency, drug addiction and injustice or oppressions and promote good government.
