It appeared to the record of DLANHS Board of Directors Secretary that no guidelines, policies being drafted, passed, discussed and approved in relation to scheduled April 6, 2026 DLANHS Alumni Grand reunion.
According to our By-laws which served as binding standard of the organization, our BOD is the governing body of the organization and mandated to approved all activities to be undertaken by the Association.
Therefore, setting the date and other proposed activities for grand homecoming without the approval of the board is a breach of ethical standard and be considered disrespect to the sanctity of the By-laws of the association.
To save the association, we may suggest that the scheduled DLANHS Alumni 2026 Grand reunion be moved to later date to have ample time for the BOD to discuss and decide of what is proper and just for the association. Thanks.

In preparation for the upcoming 6th Grand Alumni Homecoming, we respectfully invite you to attend a coordination meeting on January 24, 2026 (Saturday) at 1:00 p.m., to be held at Sir Rio Pospos Room, DLANHS. The purpose of the meeting is to continue discussions on the proposed plans, program flow, and other necessary preparations to ensure the successful conduct of this significant event.

In addition, the meeting will also serve as an opportunity to identify and assign committee roles to alumni who have not yet been designated, in order to ensure that all necessary committees are fully organized and operational.

Informing all fellow DLANHS Alumni Batch presidents that our move to register and legitimize our Association in the past years had never been completed due to pandemic.

For that reason, we exist not a legitimate Association and can never even be recognized by LGU for accreditation.

In this connection, all Batch presidents are requested to attend the meeting as required by DOLE and SEC on Saturday May 18, 2024 at 9:00 O"Clock in the morning to be held at DLANHS Covered court Tinaogan. Bindoy, Negros Oriental.

Your presence is considered as your gesture of support to register and legitimize the Association.

Other matters in relation to the activities and your suggestions for betterment of the association will also be discussed.
In case of unavailability Batch presidents except BODs shall send representatives to attend the meeting.
