Mula 8:30 P.M. hanggang 9:30 P.M. ngayong March 28, hinihikayat ang bawat isa na makiisa sa Earth Hour sa pamamagitan ng pagpapatay ng ilaw.

Sa maliliit na paraan, may magagawang malaki kapag sama-sama. Isang oras ng pagkakaisa para sa kalikasan, para sa isa’t isa, at para sa kinabukasan.

The Rizal Council - Boy Scouts of the Philippines will conduct its 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 (Kawan, Troop & Outfit Advisor) on March 13-15, 2025 at Frisco F. San Juan Sr. Scout Training Camp Sitio Abuyod, Brgy. Dalig, Teresa, Rizal.

This training aims to apply goals and purposes of scouting in unit leadership and the role of Scouting in mans' life; share basic skills, knowledge, abilities acquired in unit leadership; and implement the patrol system in all activities.

🚨 HEAT STROKE REMINDER 🌡️

As temperatures continue to rise, the Philippine Red Cross reminds everyone to take extra precautions to prevent heat stroke and other heat-related illnesses.

☀️ Stay Safe from the Heat:
💧 Drink plenty of water and stay hydrated
🧢 Use umbrellas, hats, or caps when outdoors
👕 Wear light, loose, and comfortable clothing
🏠 Stay in cool and well-ventilated areas
⏰ Avoid prolonged exposure to the sun, especially from 10 AM – 4 PM

⚠️ Watch out for signs of heat stroke:
• Dizziness or fainting
• Hot, red, and dry skin
• Confusion or severe headache
• Nausea or vomiting
🚑 If someone shows signs of heat stroke:

Move the person to a cool place, apply cool water or cold compress, and seek medical help immediately.
