3. Dalawang (2) 2 x 2 picture.
4. Certificate of Good Moral Character

4. Kung ang mga magulang ng sponsor o beneficiary ay kasapi ng BIDECO at nabibilang sa Member in Good Standing, sila lamang ang maaaring mag sponsor at hindi ang ibang kamag-anak na kasapi din.
5. Ang maaring I sponsor ay yaong bago pa lamang tutuntong sa unang taon sa High school o sa Kolehiyo.
6. Ang pangkalahatang marka (general average) sa Form 138 ng aplikante / beneficiary ay 85% pataas.
7. Dapat pumasa sa interview at pagsusulit ang nasabing beneficiary sa ibibigay ng Scholarship
Committee.

Together with our laboratory cooperative, BIDECO Young Achievers, this event highlights our shared commitment to responsible leadership, unity, and service to our members and community.
