1st General Assembly Meeting of Kale Compound Homeowners Association, February 8, 2026. Talked about the installation of Manila Water in our vicinity
c/o 3rd Party Golden Blue Fountain Inc. under the management of Sir Noli Villanueva and Mam Lean Villanueva. With the special assistance of Sir Jan Melvin from Manila Water. To you guys kudos and thank you so much for making this project possible. And also i would like to extend my sincerest gratitude to our Punong Barangay Kap Miriam Cruz Gatulayao for permiting the project and to Pres Precy de Jesus and Atty. Francisco for being part in the accomplishment of the Project. A blessings of water supply soon to expect in the area. God Bless Everyone!

Kale Compound Homeowners Association held its Christmas Party on Dec 28, 2025. A Thanks giving celebration Participated by all members of KCHOA,Inc. family headed by the President Josephine C. Relos. We would like to acknowledged all the donors: Raffle items and cash by Mayor Calderon, Flores Family, Cadag-Relos family. For the Tent, tables and Chairs by Kap. Miriam Cruz-Gatulayao. To the effort of Venus and Company for a very enjoyable kiddie party. Venue preparation by Leo,Nelson,Ed, Joy, Weng and company. For the solicitation and preparation of raffle giveaways by Romy and Mave. And to the very energetic and enthusiastic Emcee by Ellen Cadag thank you so much for a wonderful and successful event. This partnership marks a significant milestone for our community as we move closer to securing reliable water service for all households in Kale Compound.

August 3, 2025 Bayanihan at Kale Compound. A joint effort of homeowners, retiring of dead wood near the KCHOA Office and transferring of the electrical wirings at the steel pole. Another project unlocked during bayanihan system. Talagang maraming nagagawa kapag sama-sama. A big thanks sa lahat ng mga tumulong at nakiisa. Maraming salamat Po sa inyong lahat❤️

Bayanihan Project ng Kale Compound Homeowners Association (KCHOA). August 3, 2025.
Construction of a portion of road at the corner of Kale Compound. Tree trimming and retirement of dead wood at the nearby office. A big thanks sa lahat ng mga tumulong, nakiisa at nag ambag. Pera man ito lakas at bagay malaking tulong para sa lahat ng naninirahan dito sa Kale. Sampu ng samahan ng KCHOA maraming salamat Po. Basta't tulong tulong siguradong susulong❤️

July 6, 2025 Clean-up drive at Kale Compound. With a campaign of "Tapat mo Linis mo". The concept is every first Saturday or Sunday of the month each Household has a representative to clean Infront or within their vicinity together with the KCHOA officers and RGBI who cleans the common area. This is to maintain the cleanliness inside Kale Compound.

Initial meeting with Manila Water officers for the KCHOA Project about the installation of Manila Water to all homeowners at Kale Compound. Matters brought up is the proposal for having a 3rd party to cover all installation expenses and manage the operations for the billing and collections. Recommended further to have a 3rd Party contractor in the name GBF (Golden Blue Fountain) update of the project is still in progress. Hoping this project to be materialized soon.

KCHOA General Assembly Meeting. June 1, 2025 discussing about how Manila Water line enters at Kale Compound. The cost of installation fee is quite hard for the residents but if all should cooperate it lightens the expenses to everyone.
