Yesterdayโs Orientation and Capacity Building Training was a meaningful opportunity to learn, collaborate, and grow together. Through teamwork, shared ideas, and active participation, we strengthened our skills and prepared ourselves to become more effective and responsible leaders. The activity encouraged confidence, cooperation, and a deeper sense of responsibility in fulfilling our roles. It reminded us of the importance of communication, commitment, and working together to achieve common goals.
One of the highlights of the activity was the valuable insights shared by our speakers. We are especially grateful to Sir Jovan P. Acosta for his discussion on organizing, which helped us understand the importance of proper structure, planning, and coordination in achieving success. We also sincerely thank Sir Jabar G. Casisiempre, Sir Wilson Raymund F. Dalao, and Ma'am Zozima Irene H. Fernandez for sharing their knowledge, experiences, and guidance that truly inspired us to become better and more responsible leaders.
